General Summary / 職務概要 シニアマネージャーの指示のもと,Repack/Relabeling 業務(現在2 拠点)の運用/PLAN をコスト面含めて契約社員をリードしながら全般的にマネージする。 具体的には契約を含めた業務委託先との各種交渉,生産計画から包装加工作業•倉庫搬入に至るまでのOperation の構築•Performance 管理,会社の戦略•顧客ニーズに合わせた包装加工を実現するための資材開発•手配を行う。 また改善においてはOperation だけでなく,エンジニアやIT,グローバルサプライチェーンチームと協働しシステム•機械設備の要件洗い出しを行い,導入から運用まで全般をLead する。 機械設備に関してはテクサポチームと連携をとりながら予防保全を計画から実行までをサポートする。薬機法の順守及び品質の高いオペレーションを提供し,当該加工に関わる問い合わせおよび苦情に対し,常に迅速かつ適切に対応する任務も担う。また場合によってはLPG 業務(在庫管理•BO Management)のサポート業も行う。 Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責 シュリンク/KIT/リパック加工業務 #1 外部製造業者 オペレーション管理 #2 新製品発売時など,マーケティング,セールス,バックオフィス部門と協働してプロセスの構築 #3 マーケティング部門の要望とオペレーション上の制約条件のすり合わせ #4 スケジュールの枠組みと必要なタスクの構築 #5 工程設計,工数設計ができ,システムRFP を作成 #6 設備導入が必要な場合,ﾃｸﾆｶﾙｻﾎﾟｰﾄと仕様,費用,日程の取り決め #7
