Job Description Context The Customer Support (CS) organization is responsible for the installations, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer.
Key Responsibilities Performs standard Tier I procedures including wafer measurement. Performs preventative maintenance and wet cleans independently. Assists senior engineers with corrective maintenance as needed. Disassembles, cleans and rebuilds kits as part of kit management quality.
