グローバルな事業展開を行うデンマークが本社の世界トップクラスポンプメーカー ポンプの年間生産台数約1700万台、従業員数約2万人、世界60カ国で100を超える拠点を持つポンプメーカーとして、グローバルに事業を展開しています。それぞれの国や地域に密着し、最先端技術や地球環境に貢献した事業で高い評価を得ています。1986年に日本法人が設立してから約40年、つねに最先端のポンプ技術を生み出し続け、今後もさらなる需要が見込まれています。 グローバルな視点であなたらしい働き方を実現しませんか。 仕事内容 【業界未経験歓迎】フィールドサービスエンジニアとして、エンドユーザーのサポートを行います 当社製品を導入しているユーザー（主に関西エリア）の訪問依頼を受けて現場に出張し、定期点検・修理・製品トラブル解決などをお任せします。 在宅勤務を積極的に活用しているため、直行直帰も可能 ▼具体的には ・サポート業務（設置、定期点検、部品交換およびトラブルシューティング） ・スケジュールに沿った作業の実施 ・サービスレポート作成、および現場・社内への報告 ・出張ベースでの対応（年間の半分以上は顧客現場） ◎トラブルシューティングは電話やメールでも行います。 ◎営業部門とも連携しながら顧客フォローを行います。丁寧なやりとりがお客様との信頼関係を深め、継続的なお付き合いにつながります。 【1日の流れ（一例）】 ・朝…自宅から現場へ直行 ▼ ・午前～14時…現場にて修理対応 ▼ ・14時～…会社に戻り、報告書を作成して完了 ※依頼内容やスケジュールに合わせ「直帰→自宅で作業報告」も可能です 慣れてきたら制度の範囲内で在宅勤務にすることも可能（応相談） 報告や連絡はオンラインツールを使用するためほぼペーパーレス。出社せずとも効率よく仕事を進めることが出来ます。実際に、別営業所（東京・熊本）ではほとんどのスタッフが在宅勤務とオンラインツールを活用して仕事に打ち込んでいます。 職種 フィールドサービスエンジニア 雇用形態 正社員 給与 月給 22万円 〜 32.7万円 （一律手当含む）＋一時金（年2回）＋インセンティブ（年1回） ※経験・スキル等を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇いたします。 ※一律手当：住宅手当（月14,000円） ※残業代・交通費は会社規程により別途全額支給いたします。
