ポジションを募集する背景 日々の生命保険業務を遂行するために稼働している様々なシステムに関して、インシデントの早期検知、もしくはインシデント発生時の早期リカバリにより、安定稼働させることを目的とするポジションです。 当社では新商品関連、システム基盤の刷新、デジタル化、規制・法令対応など多岐にわたるシステム開発プロジェクトが進行しており、そのような中でも上記の目的を果たすことができるようにプロダクション環境のオペレーション(デプロイメント等)の実施および効率化自動化を推進するプロダクションマネジメントアナリストとして募集します。 職務内容 以下の職務を担当していただきます。 プロダクションオペレーション プロダクションへのデプロイメントおよびそのサポート インシデント発生時の原因究明作業およびそのサポート インシデント発生時のリカバリ作業およびそのサポート その他、グループ内の他チームおよびグループ外のインフラチーム・アプリ開発チームとのコラボレーション など オペレーション改善 スクリプト等によるデプロイメントの自動化推進 ログ取得や分析などプロダクションに対する定期的なオペレーションの効率化推進 その他、クラウド環境等新領域のオペレーションを実施するうえでの課題解決 など 職務を通して、当社システムの知見を広く得る機会があり、新技術、保険商品知識、関連規制・法令などの理解を深めることができます。また広い視野と問題解決力が身につきますので、将来的に幅広いキャリア形成が可能です。 経験・スキル・資格・学歴（必須） LinuxおよびWindows上のアプリケーションとデータベースに関する開発または運用経験 (3年以上) クラウドテクノロジー、コンテナ、DB、ネットワーク、監視/ロギング、ストレージなどに関する開発または運用経験 (1年以上) 英語力（メールでの読み書きレベル） 関連部門と円滑かつ柔軟に、根気強く協業できるコミュニケーション力 複雑な問題解決能力とモチベーションをお持ちの方 ■資格 AWS / Azure Oracle Master 経験・スキル・資格・学歴（なお可） 生命保険会社または金融機関でのシステム開発または運用保守経験 ITIL (Information Technology
