■ 職務内容 / Job Description Conference Groupは、本社主催イベントの運営統括およびイベントに関する様々なソリューション導入を推進し、業界をリードする新たな顧客体験の実現に向け日々チャレンジしています。 マーケティング, メディカルをはじめ多くの部門とクロスファンクショナルに業務を行うため、将来的にグローバルを含め様々な分野へ活躍のフィールドを広げることが可能です。 常にチャレンジを好機ととらえ、自ら新しいアイディアを積極的に提案できる方、各案件を力強くリードし成果に繋げることにこだわるチャレンジ精神溢れる方をお待ちしています。 ◆具体的な業務内容 ・主催イベント(本社主催講演会、学会展示ブース、i2.JP周年イベント等の社外向けイベント、キックオフミーティング/全社会議等の社内イベント)の運営統括 ・新しいイベントスタイルやテクノロジーの導入およびイベントワークフロー最適化の推進 ・プロモーションガイドラインや業界のルールを遵守したイベント運営 ・企画、スケジュール、予算に沿った、会場やイベント運営会社の選定、宿泊交通手配等ロジスティックス全般の管理 ・イベント運営会社や旅行代理店等のサプライヤーの管理、交渉 ・業務効率化・簡素化・DigitalizationおよびSustainabilityを牽引するための各種プロジェクト推進 ・グローバルチームとのプロジェクト推進 ■ 応募資格（経験、資格等）/ Qualification (Experience & Skill etc.) 【経験 / Experience】 ＜必須 / Mandatory＞ ・クロスファンクショナルな業務経験 ・プロジェクトリード経験 ＜歓迎 / Nice
