*新卒採用のポジションとなります。 【募集要項】 職種タイトル：Customer Service Team Manager (Class of 2025) 勤務地：Virtual（リモートワーク可） 勤務体系：シフト勤務制 私たちアマゾンは、「地球上で最も豊富な品揃え」と「地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業であること」の2点を提供することを使命としています。カスタマーサービス部門では、これらをより効果的に実現するために、日々お客様から頂くご意見やご相談を高水準、かつ、世界標準のカスタマーサービスにて対応しています。更にお客様から頂いたご意見を社内に展開し、サービスの改善などに努めています。 そんなカスタマーサービス部門では、今回チームマネージャー職の募集を行います。 チームマネージャーの基本的な役割は、お客様対応を行っているカスタマーサービスアソシエイト（CSA）の上司として、日々の業務サポート、育成、モチベーション向上といったチームのマネジメントを行うことです。チームには約15名のCSAが在籍し、彼らの状況を把握しながらチームの状態を最高水準に引き上げることが求められます。 また、チームマネージャーには大きく3つのチャレンジがあります。 1つ目のチャレンジは、アマゾンが大切にしている理念や、カスタマーサービスで重要視しているテネッツ（信条）を体現し、チームに深く浸透させることです。チームマネージャーにはアマゾンのミッションや理念、そしてテネッツの内容を自身が深く理解することはもちろん、リーダーとしてCSAの模範となることが期待されています。 2つ目のチャレンジは、CSAが最高のカスタマーサポートを実践できるように、職場環境を整え、モチベーションの維持向上を行い、育成することです。素晴らしい対応をしているCSAに対しては称賛をし、苦戦しているメンバーに対してはアドバイスを行うなど、コーチングやティーチングを行います。また、日々の業務の中で発生する様々な問題に迅速に対応したり、シフトや給与に関するコミュニケーションを適切に図ることでCSAのモチベーションを維持向上し、適正な評価を行うことでCSAが達成感を感じながらトッププレイヤーになれるようにサポートを行います。 3つ目のチャレンジは、KPI（主要業績評価指標）の分析を行い、改善活動を行いながら、世界最高水準のサービスをお客様に提供することです。CSAの日々の業務結果は全てKPIに反映されます。その分析を行い、CSAが苦戦している要因を特定しアドバイスを行ったり、お客様からのお問い合わせの傾向を見極め、関連部署への改善提案を行います。チームマネージャーはチーム全体のパフォーマンスに責任を持ちます。 上記の3点以外にも、様々なプロジェクトの企画・推進を行ったり、社内イベントの実施など幅広い業務に対し、上司や同僚のチームマネージャーと協力しながら対応します。 入社日：2025年４月1日または9月1日 【ご応募の流れ】 採用枠が埋まった段階で、募集終了となります。 選考を希望の場合は、応募完了をお待ちいただかないようお願いします。 １. レジュメの提出：下記項目を記載ください。 氏名（漢字、カタカナ、ローマ字）、住所、大学名、学部名、卒年、メールアドレス、電話番号、「応募動機」（300字程度） ＊フォーマットは自由です。必ず上記の内容を含んだうえでワードや、通常の履歴書などご自身のお持ちのフォーマットにて提出ください。 ＊応募ボタンに進むと「英語」でのレジュメのUploadという記載がありますが日本語で問題ございません。 2.
