Job Description Summary SFDC/Apttus/CBO等のコマーシャル系プラットフォームを通じて、ビジネスプロセスを改善し、コマーシャル活動の効率を向上させることで、コマーシャル組織の成果の最大化を支援する。このポジションは、Commercial Operation Directorにレポートします。 Job Description 職責と役割 日本の営業、アカウント管理、顧客とのやり取りに関連する既存のビジネスプロセスを正しく理解する コマ―シャル系プラットフォームに関わるプロジェクトにおいてビジネスユニット・グローバル・インターナショナルと連携し、国内展開がスムーズに行えるようにホリゾンタルリーダーシップを発揮する。 プロジェクトや施策においてSFDC/Apttus/CBOを効果的・効率的に使うための提案を行う。 国内におけるシステムに関する問い合わせ窓口として、SFDC/Apttus/CBOに関連する問題/課題の解決や問題発生時の事象の特定・同定(再現実証)を行い、グローバルITと連携し、問題解決の促進を継続的にフォローアップする。 ビジネス要件を技術仕様に変換し、開発チームに効果的に伝える。また、システム改修に関する要望の優先順位づけをして、グローバルITへ継続的に改善要求をあげ、実現までフォローアップを継続する。 新しいプロセス導入時、国内でのUAT実施のための計画をたて、関係者を巻き込んで実施する。また、コマーシャル系プラットフォームの新機能とベストプラクティスについてビジネスユニットに対するトレーニングプログラムを開発して提供する。 コマーシャル系プラットフォームのパフォーマンスを継続的に監視および評価し、必要に応じて調整を行い、その有効性を最適化します。 コマーシャル系プラットフォームテクノロジーの業界トレンドとベストプラクティスについて、また、New Software（GR） Updateの内容を把握して、必要に応じてコマーシャル関係者に情報を共有する。 インターナショナルリージョン内の他ゾーンにおけるコマーシャル系プラットフォームに関わるチーム、メンバーと積極的に連携を図り、国内コマーシャル組織の成果の最大化のためのシナジー効果を高める。 必要条件 チーム力の推進及び促進のために高いバイタリティ、熱意、Inclusiveness、エンゲージメントがあること。 関わる業務における課題を発見し、チームとともに前向きに課題解決に取り組む姿勢 営業（Job登録/見積作成/値引/機器構成/受注処理等）からSVIB、保守までのライフサイクルプロセスの深い理解 SFDC/Apptus/CBO/SVMAXに対する深い知識と一連のオペレーションと技術的な内容の理解。 データを解釈し、プロセス改善の機会を特定する能力を備えた強力な分析スキル(リーンマインドセット) 技術的および非技術的な利害関係者と効果的に対話するための、書面および口頭の両方での優れたコミュニケーションスキル。（日本語・英語） User Acceptance Test(UAT)の経験 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力、英語はビジネスレベルでの読み書きができ、メール等文書ではコミュニケーションが図れる。 あれば望ましい条件 SFDC/JSSTなどのCRMツールにおける日本特有のロジックや背景等の熟知（Japan Legacy） MBAまたは同等の経験/知識 優れたビジネス洞察力、財務および組織の知識 流暢な英会話スキルがあること Additional Information Relocation
