職種 正社員 職務明細 【カタリナマーケティングジャパンとは？】 カタリナマーケティングジャパンは、年間売上10兆円規模の購買データから抽出したインサイトをもとに、市況分析から戦略設計、マーケティング施策の展開、効果測定まで、一気通貫でご提供しています。 【マーケティング担当者】 ■ポジションについて/POSITION SUMMARY ミッション：カタリナマーケティングジャパン自身のカンパニーブランディング、及びカタリナのブランドエクイティ向上に資するマーケティング戦略の遂行 ポイント：webディレクターやwebマーケターから、さらに広義なマーケターへのステップアップを目指す方にマッチするポジションです。 カタリナは1999年から日本でのビジネスをスタートしていますが、長らく自社のブランディング・マーケティング活動を実施してきませんでした。本格的に開始したのは2023年からです。カタリナの魅力をさまざまな確度から対外的に伝えるべく、マーケティングチームの増員を計画しており、今回マーケティングチームメンバーの募集を行います。 自社webサイトやweb広告のディレクションをおまかせするところからスタートし、さらに広いブランドマーケティング領域をおまかせする予定です。そのため、現在webディレクターやwebマーケターとしてのご経験をお持ちで、今後さらに広義なマーケターとしての経験を積みたい方にマッチするポジションです。 カタリナには以下のような独自のバリューがありますが、これまでに外部発信を行ってこなかったため、世間的な知名度は高くありません。 ・カタリナには日本を代表する大手流通企業各社の購買データが集積しており、その規模は年間売上額10兆円と、日本におけるSM・GMSの総年間売上の6割を占めています。 ・その圧倒的な量のデータを武器に、リテール各社やメーカー各社のマーケティング戦略立案・施策の実施をサポートしており、多くの大手ナショナルクライアントがカタリナのサービスを利用しています。 ・独自のデータアナリティクスによって発見した購買の法則を武器に、ナショナルクライアントのサポートを行っています。 これらの価値を世に伝え、世間的な「カタリナブランド」の構築を発信の面から支えていただける方を募集いたします。 ■部内構成/OUR TEAM カタリナというコーポレート全体のブランディング・マーケティングを行っています。そのため、各経営陣やさまざまな部署と横断的にコミュニケーションを取りながら、広い視野をもって業務に取り組むことができます。 ■魅力/ATTRACTION 自社マーケティングをはじめたばかりの会社です。消費財マーケティング・データマーケティングの最前線にある知識に触れながら、マーケティンググロースの経験を積むことが可能です。 ■その他/OTHER ・〜30代半ばのメンバーが多く活躍している環境です 貴方のご経験をカタリナマーケティングジャパン（Catalina Marketing Japan）でぜひ活かしてください！ ご応募をお待ちしております。 スキル・資格 ■必須要件/SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS ・3年以上の事業会社または広告代理店、制作会社におけるwebディレクター、webマーケターとしての実務経験 ・社外パートナーのディレクション経験 ■歓迎要件/ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILL ・コンテンツ（記事）の執筆経験 ・マーケティングメディアに関わった経験 ・マーケティングについての理解
