Job Description 【職務概要】 メディカルアドバイザーの主たる業務は、担当する疾患領域・製品に関するメディカルプラン（CMAP）を作成し、CMAPで立案される各種メディカル活動を部門関係者やstakeholderとの協業のもと、実行することです。これらには、グローバル関係者とのコミュニケーションやコラボレーションも含まれます。そのため、メディカルアドバイザーには、担当疾患領域におけるハイレベルな科学的・医学的知識に加え、各ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力、そしてCMAPを立案し遂行するための戦略的思考及び実行及びリーダーシップが求められます。 担当疾患領域・製品：Influenza 【主な業務】 メディカル戦略 担当する治療領域／製品において、フランチャイズ戦略と連携したCountry Medical Affairs Planを作成し、実行する。 グローバルチームと連携し、グローバルメディカル戦略立案・実行について継続的に情報・意見を提供する。 サイエンティフィックインサイト MSLマネージャーとの連携の下、MSLによるサイエンティフィックインサイト収集活動を管理し、収集されたサイエンティフィックインサイトを分析、メディカル活動に活用する。 エキスパートインプットミーティングおよびその他のメディカルプログラムを企画・主導し、基礎研究及び臨床専門家から得られたサイエンティフィックインサイトをメディカル戦略に組み込む。 メディカル教育プログラム 担当疾患領域における教育アンメットニーズを特定し、フランチャイズ戦略と連携したメディカル教育プログラムを企画・実行する。 Evidence Generation データニーズを抽出し、研究・調査をデザイン、立案、実行する。 研究者主導研究に関して、SOPに沿って、フォローする。 早期開発パイプライン品 開発パイプライン品に関して、必要に応じて種々のメディカル情報の収集・解析・インプットを行う 必要に応じて、開発品に関するサイエンス・メディカル面での戦略的な提言を行う 社内業務 MSLマネージャーと協力して、MSLチームメンバーやメディカルインフォメーションチームメンバーのスキル開発計画を設計および実行する。 担当領域の販促資料を医学的・科学的観点からレビューする 担当疾患領域の専門家として、社内ステークホルダーに対して、科学・医学専門的な立場より必要なインプットを行う。 【必要な知識・スキル・コンピテンシー】 Required（必須） 医師、歯科医師、薬剤師、獣医師、薬学あるいは生命科学分野の博士号を有する（もしくは生命関連分野の修士号を有し、同分野の博士号の取得を計画している）。 2年以上のヘルスケア分野における臨床・研究経験を有する。 学術論文誌（査読あり）での論文発表経験、あるいは学会での発表経験を有する。 国内における製薬企業に関連する規制、保険償還制度や臨床研究に関連するガイドライン等についての経験科学的データを深く理解することができ、高度な科学的バックグラウンドを有する。 エグゼクティブディレクターの指導／監督の元、研究のデザイン、立案、実行する能力を有する。 チーム間の協力を促進する能力を有する。 科学的専門知識によりサイエンティフィックリーダーとpeer-to-peerな関係を築く能力を有する。 担当する疾患領域のチームをリードするリーダーシップを有する。
