Basic purpose of the job 標準化されたレポート・ダッシュボード通じてデータが利用できる環境を整備・維持し、HP (Human Pharma:医療用医薬品）ビジネスのパフォーマンスを見える化する。 HP組織全体でのデータ活用を推進し、レポート機能を拡張することで、データおよびインサイトに基づく意思決定を加速させる。 このポジションにおいては、次世代ソリューションへの移行に向けた準備を含む、データプラットフォームの進化をリードしていく。さらに、データコンサルテーション、データガバナンスの推進、データ活用のトレーニングを通じて「データドリブンな文化」を醸成するために、さまざまなステークホルダーとの密なコラボレーションが求められる。 本ポジションは、データガバナンスおよびレポーティングを担当しているグループのポジションで、他に4名のチームメンバーがいる。 Accountabilities Related performance indicators 1. HP組織全体に対して標準化されたレポートとダッシュボードを作成・拡張する (例: 売上実績、市場動向、オムニチャネルを通じた顧客エンゲージメント) 1.1 ビジネスニーズを把握・分析し、レポート要件を定義する。 1.2 タイムリーで正確、かつ意思決定に役立つレポートを提案および提供する。 1.3 パフォーマンス目標を設定・ベンチマークし、KPIを可視化して進捗を効果的に追跡する。 2. ビジネス戦略およびデータ戦略に沿って、将来的なシステム移行も視野にいれながら、全社のレポーティングおよびデータ分析の戦略的基盤として、データウェアハウスとBIツールを運用・進化させる 2.1 ビジネス戦略およびデータ戦略を実現するのに必要な、社内および外部のデータソースを探索しし、統合する。 2.2 データの可視化や分析ツールを活用してデータの価値を高め、データやインサイトに基づく意思決定をサポートする。 2.3 次世代のデータウェアハウス／BIプラットフォームへの移行を計画・調整する。 3. HP組織全体に対して、データリテラシーを向上させ、データドリブンな文化を醸成するためのチェンジマネジメントを推進する。 3.1 データリテラシーやデジタルツールに関するトレーニングを実施する。 3.2
