仕事内容： 本ポジションは、企業のEコマース事業全体を統括するコーポレートレベルのスペシャリストとして、各ブランド部門を横断し、戦略策定とベストプラクティス（成功事例）の共有を推進し、事業の加速に貢献します。 1. 事業加速と戦略策定 (Drive & Strategy) Eコマースの予算とKPI（売上、利益など）を達成するための戦略を策定・実行する。 新しいEコマースチャネルを探求し、市場での競争優位性を確保する。 Eコマースパートナー（プラットフォーム）とコーポレートレベルでの共同ビジネスパートナーシップを交渉・主導する。 各ディビジョン（ブランド部門）のEコマース戦略とアクションの構築・実行を支援する。 2. ブランド強化とデジタル活用 (Brand & Digital Excellence) 全てのデジタル・タッチポイントにおいて、ブランドの認知度と好感度を高める活動を支援し、ブランドの一貫性を確保する。 高度なテクノロジー（Amazon Marketing Cloud、リテールメディア最適化ツール、生成AI、ビューティテックなど）を大規模に活用・展開する。 部門横断的なオンラインEビジネスプランの統合・維持管理を行う。 3. 実行支援と標準化 (Enabling & Scaling) 新たなEコマースのトレンドや成長機会を特定し、実行計画を策定する。 部門横断でKPIと目標を明確にし、オンライン販売活動をモニタリング・強化する。 競争環境、市場、ベストプラクティスに関する情報を収集し、共有する。 Eコマースにおけるベストプラクティスと知識共有を通じて、 Eコマースの卓越性（Excellence） を実現する。 4. パフォーマンス管理と連携 (Management & Relations) グローバルな分析・パフォーマンス監視ツールの導入と活用を推進する。 KPIのモニタリングと結果報告を実施する。 主要なEコマースパートナー、各ブランド部門のデジタルヘッド、グローバル/リージョナルチームと密接に連携し、プロジェクトを推進する。 必須スキル・経験 (CORE Skills & Experience)
