Job Description/ 職務内容
BDR (Business Development Representative)として、主に営業活動の初期段階を担います。自身で作成した見込み客リストや、マーケティングチームが生成した見込み客に対して、電話、Eメール、チャット等のコミュニケーションツールを駆使し、より多くの質が高い商談の機会を営業部隊に提供します。また、これらを効率的に行うため、日々の営業活動や、体系的なトレーニングを通じて、製品知識の構築とコアなセールススキルの改善につながるプログラムもご提供いたします。このポジションは、テクノロジー・セールスにおいて、お客様との最初のタッチポイントとなる重要な役割を担います。これまでのIT業界でののご経験を活かされ、テンポの速い業界で働くことに熱意を持ち、この目標志向のポジションで成果をだしつづけられるメンバーが活躍されています。

-見込み客の発掘およびコールドコールを通じ、質量ともに十分な引き合いの獲得
-マーケティング部隊より、発掘された見込み客に対しての適切なクオリファイ
-セールスターゲット（KPI）の達成と超過達成に向けた業務遂行
-電話、Eメール、SNS等によるキーマンの発掘やＣレベルとのやりとり
-見込み客のビジネスニーズの分析、プロセスの理解、要件の決定
-NetSuiteのソリューションの全機能に関する知識の習得と維持
-業務遂行に必要な組織内のステークホルダーたちとの良好なコミュニケーションと関係構築

Must/ 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など
1.１～５年程度のIT業界における業務経験
2.テクノロジー業界の競争的な営業環境で働く強い意欲
3.Windows, MS Office等、PCの基本操作

Want/歓迎するキャリア、スキル、資格など
1.カスタマーサービス、セールス、テクノロジー環境での実務経験
2.会計を中心としたバックオフィス業務の知識
3.テレセールス活動の経験
4.英語(基礎レベル/読み書き)

Language/語学力
日本語、英語（読み書きの機会はあります。ご本人の語学レベルと意欲によっては海外のメンバーとの直接コミュニケーションの機会も持てます）
