What to Expect The Role テスラの日本における環境・安全衛生（EHS）チームに所属し、エネルギー事業・充電インフラ事業チームを実務面で支えます。 シニア EHS スペシャリスト（エネルギー担当）として、スピード感のある環境の中で、幅広い EHS 業務を責任を持って担当します。 向上心が強く、勤勉で、強い責任感を持ち、EHS の質を高め、世界の持続可能なエネルギー移行を加速させるというテスラのミッションに貢献したい方に最適なポジションです。 契約段階から運用開始まで、エネルギー・充電関連プロジェクトの全ライフサイクルを支え、請負業者の管理を効率的に行い、テスラのグローバルな請負業者管理・緊急時対応の枠組みを日本全域に導入します。 勤務地は東京で、月の約 3 割程度の出張が必要です。 What You’ll Do • EHS チームの主要メンバーとして、プロジェクトの全ライフサイクルを通じて、前向きな姿勢で日本におけるテスラのエネルギー・充電事業を支える • 業務の各段階で EHS の主なリスクや法令順守の課題を特定・報告・緩和し、積極的な現場観察、安全確認活動 、関係者との協働を通じて、リスクを適切なレベルに管理する • 日本の法令に基づき、エネルギーインフラ・充電システムの設計・設置・試運転・保守にわたり、法令順守やリスク管理に関する EHS の技術的な指導を行う • トレーニング・点検・事故およびトラブルの教訓共有、緊急時対応の取り組みなどを実施し、日常業務に反映させ、テスラの持続可能なエネルギーに関する理念・価値観に沿って EHS の改善を推進する
