Job Description: 業務内容 入社後は先輩社員のサポートのもと、以下の業務に携わっていただきます。 セキュリティ運用・監視業務 ネットワーク／サーバー等インフラ環境の構築・運用支援 セキュリティインシデント対応サポート セキュリティ製品の導入・設定支援 ドキュメント作成、レポーティング お客様とのコミュニケーション（問い合わせ対応、報告等） ※ご経験・スキルに応じて、段階的に業務範囲を広げていきます。 応募要件 必須要件 社会人経験3年未満（第二新卒歓迎） IT業界での実務経験（年数不問） インフラ（ネットワーク、サーバー等）に関する基礎知識または実務経験 日本語：流暢（ネイティブレベル） 高いコミュニケーション能力 新しい技術を積極的に学ぶ意欲・向上心 歓迎要件 セキュリティ関連の基礎知識（情報セキュリティマネジメント試験等） Linux / Windows Serverの運用経験 ネットワーク機器（Firewall、Router、Switch等）の設定・運用経験 クラウド環境（AWS、Azure等）の基礎知識 英語力（読み書きレベルでも可） CCNA、CompTIA Security+、情報処理安全確保支援士等の資格保有 求める人物像 セキュリティ分野に強い興味・関心がある方 自ら学び、成長し続ける意欲のある方 チームワークを大切にし、周囲と協力して業務を進められる方 素直で前向きに物事に取り組める方 将来的にセキュリティのスペシャリストを目指したい方
