Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsOffice Job Description ポジション概要 世界中の製薬・化学メーカー、研究機関などで利用されている Chromeleon CDS（Chromatography Data System／クロマトグラフィーデータシステム）。本ポジションでは、その導入・運用をIT／システムの専門性から支え、お客様のラボ環境をより安定的かつ効率的に運用するための技術支援を行います。 お客様の業務やシステム要件を理解し、サーバー環境の設計・導入、ソフトウェアやネットワークのトラブルシューティング、Go-live後のサポートまで、社内外の関係者と連携しながら一貫して携わります。 このポジションでは、入社時点で「分析科学」と「IT」の両方に精通している必要はありません。 分析科学・分析機器の経験をIT／デジタル領域へ広げたい方、または、IT・インフラの経験を科学・研究分野で活かしたい方。どちらのバックグラウンドからでも、これまでの専門性を活かしながら新たなスキルを身につけ、分析科学とITをつなぐスペシャリストとして成長できるポジションです。 主な業務内容 Chromeleon CDSの導入・アップグレード お客様の要件やIT環境を確認し、Chromeleon CDSのクライアント／サーバー環境の新規導入やアップグレードを支援します。プロジェクトの工程を整理し、営業、サービス、その他の関係部門と連携しながら、計画から導入、Go-liveまで技術面をリードします。 システム・ネットワークの技術サポート Chromeleon CDSをさまざまなお客様のIT環境・システムに適用し、安定した運用を支援します。ソフトウェア、サーバー、ネットワークなどに関する問題が発生した際には、状況やログなどの情報を整理しながら原因を切り分け、トラブルシューティングを行います。問題の早期解決とダウンタイムの最小化を目指します。 高度な技術問い合わせへの対応 テクニカルサポートやフィールドサービスエンジニアから寄せられるChromeleonに関する技術的な問い合わせに対し、二次サポートとして詳細な調査、問題解析、技術情報の提供を行います。必要に応じてフィールドエンジニアに同行し、お客様先でのシステム導入やトラブルシューティングを支援します。 グローバル開発・技術チームとの連携 ソフトウェアの不具合や複雑な技術課題については、海外の開発・技術チームへエスカレーションします。問題の状況や技術情報を英語で整理・共有し、グローバルチームと協力しながら解決までフォローします。 Data Integrity関連のサポート ユーザー管理やアクセス権限など、Data Integrity（DI）に関連するChromeleonの機能・設定について技術的な支援を行います。 チームでの技術力向上 案件やトラブル対応で得た知識・経験をチーム内で共有し、お互いにサポートしながらチーム全体の技術力向上に取り組みます。 このポジションの魅力 ■
