Marketing Automation業務（SFMC） Salesforce Marketing Cloud（SFMC）を用いた日々のMarketing Automation業務を、正確かつ効率的に遂行する（キャンペーン企画設計、メール作成、キャンペーン設定、配信、配信後フォローアップを含む） データおよびコンテンツを正確かつ適切に取り扱う チームメンバーと連携し、既存の手順および品質確認プロセスに従って、高い運用品質を維持する SFMCに関連するトラブルシューティングおよび課題解決を、社内関係者と連携して行う 2. 業務改善 業務フローを見直し、手作業の削減、プロセスの簡素化、品質向上、リードタイム短縮につながる改善機会を見出す 定常業務に関する標準業務手順書の作成、更新、維持を支援する 継続的改善の取り組みに参画し、チームメンバーとともにPDCA活動を推進して、業務の進め方の改善に貢献する 3. データ分析 データの準備・整理および分析を行い、チームが結果を把握し改善機会を特定できるよう支援する 過去のキャンペーン実績に基づき仮説を立て、インサイトを導き出す チームメンバーと連携し、より効果的なベストプラクティスの確立に向けて、A/Bテストやその他の検証施策を提案・計画する 4. その他のデジタルマーケティング業務 デジタル施策および各チャネルは相互に関連しており、また業務量は時期やビジネスニーズによって変動するため、必要に応じて以下の業務をサポートいただく場合があります。 Webサイト関連業務（新規コンテンツの掲載、ページの作成・修正等） approved
