アイデンティティセキュリティ基盤「Josys」について Josysは、企業内のあらゆる認証情報（アイデンティティ）を統合的に管理・防御する、AI駆動のアイデンティティセキュリティ基盤です。従業員・業務委託先のアカウントに加え、AIエージェントやサービスアカウントなど、人・AI・システムを横断して増加する認証情報を一元的に可視化し、守ります。 ダークウェブ起点の認証情報漏洩・感染端末の検知、AIエージェントの自動発見と管理、ポリシーにもとづくAIの自律型セキュリティ対応を中核に、SaaS統合管理で培ったアクセスガバナンスやライセンス最適化の機能を統合。権限管理やリスク対応を自動化し、セキュリティ人材不足のなかでも運用負荷を抑えながら、組織全体のアイデンティティを守ります。 Josysは、すべてのアイデンティティ、すべてのアプリケーションを、AIで守ることを通じて、日本企業が安心して事業活動を行える環境づくりを推進してまいります。 解決する課題 急速に利用が拡大するSaaS・AIアプリにより、世界中のコーポレート部門は複雑な管理業務を求められる状況にあります。また、昨今のサイバーセキュリティインシデントでは、漏洩したIDを用いた攻撃がスタンダードとなっており、エンタープライズを中心により高いレベルでの対策が急務となっています。 一方で、求められる速度に管理が追いつかず、管理の抜け・更新漏れ・管理主体の分散など、企業のITガバナンスは危機的な状況にあります。これはコロナ禍を経てSaaS利用が増大した背景があり、日本だけでなくグローバルで同時多発的に発生している新しい課題であり、企業規模に関わらず多くの企業が抱えている経営リスクです。 そこで求められるのは、AIによってアイデンティティ・SaaS・デバイスの情報を統合的に管理し、リスクを最小化しながら運用を効率化することです。ジョーシスはAI Drivenなマネジメントプラットフォームを通じて、現場のオペレーションまで一貫して支援し、企業のアイデンティティ管理におけるガバナンス向上とセキュリティリスクの最小化に寄与します。 日本発グローバル企業への挑戦 海外発SaaSを国内で使う機会は多いものの、グローバルで使われる日本発SaaSはほとんどないのが実情です。それだけ グローバルプロダクト を事業として成功させることの難易度は高いとも言えます。JOSYSはそんな現状を打ち破り、日本をマザーマーケットとしながら世界でも使われるサービスを提供していくチャレンジの真っ只中にいます。この難易度の高い課題を、優秀なグローバルの同僚と共に、自分自身の手で創り上げていく熱い想いのある方を募集しています。 概要 今回募集するのは、日本のマーケティングチームにおけるコンテンツおよびクリエイティブ領域の推進メンバーです。 本ポジションでは、年間数億円にのぼる豊富な投資額と、すでに保有している膨大な顧客リスト・パートナー資産をレバレッジにして、コンテンツの力、そして「デザインの力」でビジネスを強力に動かしていくクリエイティブマーケターを募集します。 イベントごとに約3,000枚規模の制作物の配布や、大規模な展示会・イベントへの出展など、自分の手掛けたクリエイティブや文章が市場に与えるインパクトを肌で感じられる、エキサイティングなフェーズです。 業務内容 コンテンツマーケティングの企画・制作・運用 認知拡大、リード獲得、およびナーチャリングのための各種コンテンツ（お役立ち資料、ホワイトペーパー、事例記事、メルマガ等）の執筆・編集 クリエイティブ・デザインの企画・制作 展示会やイベント用ノベルティ、配布物（年間約3,000枚規模）、チラシ・パンフレットなどのグラフィックデザイン Webサイト、LP、バナー広告などのデジタルクリエイティブの企画・デザイン イベント出展に伴うクリエイティブディレクション 出展イベントにおけるブースデザインや配布用クリエイティブの落とし込み、および一連の制作管理 ビジネス視点でのクリエイティブ改善（PDCA） ただ「作る」だけでなく、どのコンテンツやデザインがビジネス成果（リード獲得数や商談化率など）につながったかを定量・定性的に振り返り、次なる施策へレバレッジをかける このポジションの魅力 最高峰のプロダクトとデザイン環境: グローバルレベルで磨かれたプロダクトと、高いデザイン水準の中でクリエイティブを追求できます。 圧倒的なスケールと投資額: 年間約3億円規模の潤沢なマーケティング/認知投資予算があり、自分のアイデアを妥協なく形にできるチャンスがあります。 巨大なレバレッジ機会: 既に多くの顧客リストやパートナーネットワークが構築されているため、あなたが作った1枚のバナー、1つのコンテンツが瞬時に何万人ものターゲットに届く、インパクトの大きい環境です。 求める経験 必須（MUST）
