職務目的（Job Purpose） 自動車保険における保険料算出等のアクチュアリー業務を遂行する。 自動車保険における各種分析に保険数理の技法を適用し、自動車保険の売上・利益の拡大と目標達成に貢献する。 他メンバーと協働し、自動車数理課のアクチュアリー業務の技能・知識を向上する。 職責（Job Responsibilities） 1.保険料算出業務 ・自動車保険の保険料率決定のための各種分析・試算を行い、その結果を説明する。 2. 分析業務 ・定期的な分析を実施し、商品設計／料率検証プロセスに継続的に関与する。 ・目的に応じた個別詳細分析を実施し、それらの分析結果を関連部署に提供（詳細説明を含む）することで、商品設計、引受ルール策定、各種施策のプロセスをサポートする。 ・ビジネス分析チームや引受チームと協働して、集積／災害リスクを含む保険リスクの要素をモニタリングし、ポートフォリオ管理をサポートする。 ３.認可関連業務 ・認可申請チームと密接に協働し、保険数理に関する認可申請書類（算出方法書および保険料算出の根拠等）の作成および金融庁との認可折衝を遂行する。 4.財務業務 ・商品チームと密接に協働し、自動車保険の収益性および成長目標の計画策定をサポートし、その計画の進捗をモニタリングする。 ・会計処理（IBNR見積手法を含む）の変更の有無およびその影響を確認する。 5. スキル向上 ・常に新しい技術・最新の知識の取得を図り、自らおよびチームメンバーの技能向上を目指す。 ・自動車保険以外のアクチュアリーの行動を把握し、自動車数理業務に利用する。 ・自己啓発（アクチュアリー資格取得等）に対して真摯に取組み、かつ結果を残す。 主要な関係先（Key Relationships） 内部関係先(AIG組織内) 商品数理部の他課 自動車保険部各課 経理・財務部門（保険負債数理部、経理部、保険計理人、財務企画部） その他自動車保険の関連部門 他国の自動車保険アクチュアリー 外部関係先(AIG組織外) 日本アクチュアリー会 金融庁 業界団体
