■職種概要 当社のAGV案件は、アームロボット案件と並び、Mujin Japanの重要な事業の柱の一つです。導入出荷台数も国内随一を誇り、特に大手製造業・物流業によく採用されることがMujinならではの強みです。ロボットによる仕分け・積み付け等の手作業の自動化に加え、AGVによる運搬・搬送工程の自動化により、当社Mujin Japanが物流業界をはじめ、Eコマース、自動車、消費財、医薬品卸、素材メーカーなどの多くの業界の、様々な自動化ニーズを実現させてきました。これにより、Mujin Japan事業が第3フェーズであるトータルソリューションに進化してきました。 本ポジションでは、物流・製造現場で活用させるAGV（無人搬送車）の出荷対応、体制構築などに携わっていただきます。 また、岡崎事業所の製造業務をリードしていただく可能性があります。 ■部署役割 製造部は、国内外の大手製造業・物流業に導入されるロボットシステムを、設計部と密接に連携しながら形にする中核部門です。ロボットハンドやモバイルロボット（AGV）、周辺設備の組み立てから性能テスト、調整、品質保証、出荷までを一貫して担当し、顧客の課題解決に直結する高品質な製品を現場へ届けます。特にオーダーメイド製品の需要拡大に伴い、多様かつ高度な製造案件が並行して進む中、スピーディかつ丁寧な製造プロセスで、設計段階のアイデアを確実に具現化し、世界中の物流・生産現場でのロボット活躍を支えています。 ■募集背景 岡崎事業所の拡張に伴って、物流向けAGV（無人搬送ロボット）の出荷体制を強化しており、出荷準備やシステム設定を担っていただくメンバーを募集しています。 職種概要 ■具体的な業務内容 ＜入社後まず取り組むこと＞ ・AGV本体および周辺機器のセットアップ ・出荷前検査・性能評価の実施 ・現行の出荷工程・品質管理プロセスの理解 ・出荷業務における課題や改善余地の把握 ＜主軸となる業務＞ ■出荷体制の構築・改善 ・AGV出荷プロセスの設計、整備および継続的な改善推進 ・作業手順書や検査基準の策定、運用ルールの構築 ・品質向上と作業効率向上に向けた改善活動の推進 ・出荷業務の進捗管理および品質管理体制の整備 ■業務改善・運営高度化プロジェクト ・出荷業務における課題抽出と改善テーマの立案 ・作業効率、生産性、品質向上を目的とした運用改善の推進 ・関係部署と連携した業務プロセス改善および最適化 ・継続的な業務改善と標準化の仕組みづくり ■岡崎事業所の立ち上げ・体制構築 ・新拠点における出荷体制の構築および運営基盤の整備 ・KPI設計、進捗管理および継続的な改善活動の推進 ・業務標準化および将来的なアウトソーシング・業務移管を見据えた仕組み構築 ・立ち上げフェーズ特有の課題解決および組織づくりの推進 必須要件 以下いずれかの実務経験を有すること
