ラピュタロボティクスについて 私たちは、「Empathy（共感）」というコアバリューに基づき、「きつい」「汚い」「危険」な仕事を自動化し、人々がより知的で創造的な仕事にチャレンジできる社会を実現したいと考えています。世界でも最先端の制御技術および人工知能技術を活用した、ロボティクスプラットフォームやロボットソリューションの開発と、企業への導入・運用支援を行うことで、この社会の実現を目指しています。これまでの資金調達額は100億円以上にのぼり、毎年右肩上がりの成長を続けています。20ヶ国以上から約300名以上の多国籍メンバーが集まり、日本・インド・アメリカを拠点に事業を展開しています。 現在弊社では、ロボティクス革命のさらなる推進に向けて、熱い志と豊かな才能を持った仲間を募集しています。 責任と役割 M&A、資金調達、事業計画などのCorporate Actionに関する財務分析・モデリング。 買収候補先の選定、デューデリジェンス、買収後のValue Creation Plan作成を支援。（biz plan, modeling, 一定のデータ分析） 市場、類似企業、類似取引のベンチマークを行い、エクイティストーリーや投資家向け資料の作成を支援。 資金需要、debt/equity比較など、資金調達に関する分析。 Finance、Founders、事業チーム、外部アドバイザーと連携し、意思決定に必要な分析・資料・コミュニケーションを支援。 Requirements 必須要件 投資銀行、PE、VC、証券会社、事業会社の経営企画・財務、FAS、戦略コンサルティング、IR、または類似する分析業務での3年以上の実務経験。 M&A、資金調達、事業計画、またはCorporate Actionに関する分析経験。 PL、BS、CF、バリュエーション、シナリオ分析、事業計画作成を含む、財務分析・モデリングスキル。 曖昧なビジネス課題を構造化し、分析、提案、経営向け資料に落とし込める力。 高いオーナーシップ、学習意欲、成長企業で事業インパクトを出したいという意欲。 ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語。...
