Job Description: 職種： Director, Institutional Sales（機関投資家営業） 職務概要（Role Summary） 機関投資家向けに投資運用サービスの提案・販売を担うポジションです。 ここでいう投資運用サービスとは、アクティブ株式・債券運用戦略、プライベートアセット、ヘッジファンド等の個別資産運用ソリューションから、運用業務の全部または一部を受託するアウトソーシングサービスまで、当社が提供する幅広い投資ソリューションを指します。 主な顧客は、企業年金、金融機関、大学基金、財団法人等の機関投資家であり、投資信託および投資一任契約（Separately Managed Accounts）の販売拡大を担います。 また、トランジション・マネジメントやカスタム・ポートフォリオ・ソリューション（CPS：アクティブ／パッシブ為替ヘッジ、コンプリーション・ポートフォリオ、ダウンサイド・プロテクション等）といった付加的なソリューションの提案・販売も行います。 本ポジションは会社の報酬制度に基づく業績連動賞与の対象となります。 1年以上先を見据えた短中期的な営業・事業計画の策定および推進を担い、中期戦略と日々の営業活動をつなぐ役割を果たします。 職務内容（Job Description） 本ポジションは、機関投資家顧客（企業年金および金融機関〔販売会社を含む〕）向けの営業活動を通じて、新規資金獲得および運用残高（AUM）の拡大を推進します。 また、個別資産クラス戦略までを含む幅広い資産運用サービス、CPS、およびコンサルティングサービスの販売拡大についても責任を負います。 クライアントサービスチームおよび運用チームのメンバーと連携しながら、顧客ニーズに基づいたソリューション営業戦略の立案・推進を行います。 主な職務内容 売上および運用資産残高（AUM）の獲得計画を策定する Managing Director（MD）と合意した年間目標を達成、または上回る成果を上げる 機関投資家市場、既存顧客・見込み顧客との関係性、およびソリューション提案戦略に関する深い知見を有し、営業活動に活かす 顧客の投資プロセス（ガバナンス、資産配分、戦略実行、パフォーマンス評価・報告等）を支援する付加価値の高いアドバイスおよび投資ソリューションを提供する マーケティングチームおよびプロダクトチームと連携し、機関投資家向けの価値提案（Value Proposition）を開発する 社内の関係部署や専門家（Subject Matter Experts）と連携し、顧客提案を推進する 応募資格・求める経験 以下の経験・スキルを有する方を想定しています。 資産運用業界または関連業界において15年以上の経験を有すること 営業または営業マネジメントにおいて優れた実績を有すること
