Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: adidasブランドの価値・イメージを維持しながら、担当取引先における収益性および持続可能な市場シェア拡大、並びに売上成長を実現すること。 Key Responsibilities: Functional: 担当アカウントの代表として社内各部門との連携・調整を行うと同時にadidas代表として担当アカウント関係各所と円滑なコミュニケーションを推進する 上司・部下と連携しながら、グローバルおよび市場戦略に基づいた担当アカウントポートフォリオの戦略を推進する adidasの取引条件の交渉および運用を主導・支援する チームおよび個人のKPI進捗をモニタリングし、成果測定を行う チームおよび個人のKPI結果をSenior Director／Directorへ報告する 発生する課題やコンフリクトに対し、適時かつ的確な解決策を提案する 課題レビューのための適切なプロセスやフレームワークが運用されるよう管理する 自身の専門領域において中核メンバーとして組織をサポートする 日常業務において、顧客実績に関する現実的な事業計画および売上予測を策定する 組織内のリスクを把握し、Senior Managerへ報告する SWB、出張管理、スコア管理、タイムカード、Concur等の運用管理を行う 顧客が契約内容を遵守するよう管理・維持する Personnel: 営業組織の目標に沿って、マーチャンダイジングおよび個人に対する明確な目標・ターゲット・ガイドラインを設定する 直属部下およびチームメンバーのパフォーマンスレビューを実施する 直属部下およびチームメンバーのファンクショナル特有のスキルおよび対人スキルの向上を支援する 幅広いファンクション領域にわたるチームをマネジメントし、複数の階層で構成される組織をリードする adidasの基準やベストプラクティスが日常業務に適用されるよう貢献する KPI: 売上（担当グループ／チーム） マーケットシェア マージン DCC
