当ポジションの勤務地は東京都品川区です。 本ポジションは、Amazonの物流拠点のひとつであるSC(ソートセンター)で就業し、SCで働くすべての人をカスタマーと捉え魅力的で働きやすい職場づくりを推進します。 具体的には、建築・電気・空調・衛生・消火・昇降設備といった建物全体のインフラに対する施設管理を担い、予防保全計画の策定や各種修繕の発注業務を行い、倉庫の安定稼働に寄与します。省エネルギー活動では、エネルギー使用量のデータ分析をもとに照明のLED化や空調運転スケジュールの最適化などの施策を立案・実行し、環境負荷の低減とコスト削減の両立を目指します。 更に、SC内で発生する産業廃棄物やリサイクル品の回収・分別作業を安全・品質・生産性の観点で管理・改善し、廃棄物処理法に基づくマニフェスト管理や行政報告を通じて遵法性も確保します。また、施設のサービス面では、オフィスレイアウトの変更、売店の運営管理、各種消耗品の購買や請求書処理といった日常的なサービスレベルの改善・維持向上にも取り組みます。 加えて、SCで働く従業員が楽しめるイベントの企画・運営も重要な業務の一つです。自ら企画したイベントで従業員が笑顔になる瞬間に立ち会えることも、このポジションならではのやりがいです。 このように建築・設備・環境・イベント企画と施設管理を軸に幅広い領域に携わりながら、発注者側の立場で裁量権を持って業務を推進できる点が大きな特長です。更に多くのベンダーや業者との窓口を担うことで、施設管理に関わる幅広い知識と実践的な経験を身に付けることができます。また、カスタマーが近くにいる環境だからこそ「空調管理がしっかりしていて快適に働ける」「オフィスの雰囲気が良くなった」といったポジティブな声をダイレクトに受け取ることも本ポジションの魅力です。 Key job responsibilities Amazonの業務は数値で管理しています。キーとなる数値目標がセットされており、業務の平準化・改善を通してパフォーマンスを引き上げることがミッションとなります。具体的な例としては電気使用量や社員食堂の満足度に数値目標があり、電気は節電、社員食堂はメニュー改善、廃棄物はリサイクル率などを各協力会社様と行うことで目標に近づけていくことになります。 A day in the life 【働き方】 ・勤務形態：平日月曜～金曜 9:00-18:00勤務。土日祝日休み。 （早朝や夜間の勤務時は自家用車通勤可：要相談） 【1日の流れ】 ・1日の始まりは朝礼からスタートします。 ・朝礼後はチーム別に分かれて今日の業務内容を確認し、メールチェックや現場巡回を行います。 ・ランチは社員食堂・売店を利用し、サービスレベルもチェックします。 ・会議は1日に1-2件ほどあり、サプライヤーとの定例会議が主となります。会議内容は業務進捗の報告をいただく部分が主となります。 ・他部署合同のプロジェクトに参画しFacility管轄部分の調整を確認します。 About the team 【チーム構成】 ・多くの場合、メンバーは1つのフルフィルメントセンターまたはSCにつき、施設管理部員が1～2名が配属されています。 ・全国各地のメンバーが一斉に集まる定例オンライン会議が毎週あります。 本ポジションの所属部門等に関する詳細は、下記リンク先をご参照ください。 ・所属部門:オペレーション技術開発 ・職種:セーフティ/セキュリティ/ファシリティ Basic Qualifications- 建屋施設管理業務、工事施工管理業務、建築や電気設備のPM業務のいずれかで半年以上の業務経験
