【部署の説明】 各関連部署の協力を得ながら、新商品の企画・設計から開発・発売までを行う部門であり、業務は広範囲に及びます。 組織は、プロジェクトマネジメント、企画、マーケティング、税務、法務、事業方法書・約款、保険数理、データサイエンスなど、様々な専門性をもったメンバーで構成されています。 【職務内容】 商品企画担当は、新商品の企画を通じて、当社の持続的な成長を牽引する中核的な役割を担い、顧客の最善の利益の実現と企業価値の向上を目指して商品開発を推進します。 経営陣が策定する商品開発方針に則り、新商品開発に係る調査・企画業務を遂行し、多様化する顧客ニーズや市場動向を踏まえた戦略的な商品企画を行います。 また、社内外の関係者と連携しながら、商品アイデアの構想から市場投入後のモニタリングまでを一貫して担い、公共性と収益性を両立する保険商品の提供価値の最大化に寄与します。 【主な職務内容】 １．企画業務 ・ 商品インベントリー拡充に向けた商品アイデアの創出と開発候補案件の洗い出し ・ 中長期的な商品開発計画の立案 ・ 商品アイデアの実現可能性分析 ・ 商品アイデアの市場性分析（ビジネスミックス、想定顧客の特定等を含む） ・ 開発候補案件の商品コンセプトの企画・立案（具体化） ・ 代理店手数料率の企画・立案 ・ 商品ローンチに向けた市場導入戦略（Go to Market）の企画・実行および営業関連部門との調整 ２．調査・分析業務 ・ 顧客ニーズや社会情勢等の動向、代理店動向、業界（規制当局）動向、競合販売動向等の市場動向の調査・分析 ・ 保険商品（他社新商品等）の調査研究 ・ 商品税務（税法関連事項含む）に関する調査研究・分析および関係部門への支援 ・ 開発案件のフィージビリティスタディの実行（ビジネスミックスの策定、想定顧客の特定等を含む） ・ 新商品のポストローンチモニタリングの企画・実行
