What to Expect デリバリーエクスペリエンススペシャリストはストア内での効率性を維持、促進し、生産性の向上に勤める役職です。アドバイザーは設定された目標を達成するために様々なツールを使い、お客様の体験やTeslaアドバイザーそしてマネジメントチームのサポートを積極的にし、効率や生産性の向上に勤めます。 Teslaで成功を収めるためにはお客様へ特別な体験をお届けすることや、持続可能なエネルギーに対して関心を持ち、エネルギーに満ち溢れ、常に効率よく業務遂行するための努力を怠らないことが大切です。個人での功績も大いに大切ですが、最高の業績を出すためにはチームワークが必要不可欠です。私たちは周りの人を成長させチームにいい影響を与えるチームプレイヤーに価値を置きます。 What You’ll Do お客様のニーズに合った納車説明と準備を行う。 お客様へ最高な体験をお届けするために、生産性を高くし、遅れをなくすため1日ごと、そして1週間後とのレポートを作成、デリバリーのパフォーマンスの分析をする。 納車スケジュールを最大化する。 Tesla Advisor（営業）と密に連携しお客様へスムーズな納車ができるようサポートする。必要に応じてオペレーションズアドバイザーよりお客様へ納車に関する連絡を入れる。 サポートチーム（オーダーオペレーションズ、車両登録、中古車、フリート）やサービス、ロジスティクスと密に連携を図り、納車や車両移動等あらゆる動きをシームレスに調整する。 セールス＆デリバリーを含む、ビジネスニーズに応じた追加のタスクやプロジェクトを果たす。 Teslaエコシステムに関連するすべてのプレゼンテーション、販売、デリバリーをできるようにする。 社内トレーニングや新入社員教育に協力する。 What You’ll Bring 2年以上の実務経験、サービスを中心とした業界での目標を達成した実績（自動車の専門知識は必須ではありません）。 組織的な行動が可能でコミュニケーションに長けている。 積極的にチームに貢献し、目標の達成に熱心であること。 問題解決能力、複数のプロジェクトに優先順位をつけ、ビジネスに不可欠な期限を厳守する能力を持っていること。 細かいことに気づくことができ、レポーティングツールを駆使することができる。 ポジティブで熱心なマインドセットを持っている。 協力しやすい関係性を作り、尊敬され、ほかの従業員が一緒に仕事をしたいと思われるような人である。 リテールの環境の中で夜間や土日祝日も勤務ができること。 普通運転免許証を保持し、2年以上の運転経歴があり、無事故無違反であること。 ■待遇・福利厚生： 通勤手当、健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険、ユニフォーム支給 社員持ち株制度・株購入制度あり ※Teslaの株価は自動車業界時価総額No.1です ■休日・休暇： 完全週休2日制 (シフト勤務)
