Job Purpose: HPEストレージソフトウェアの事業成長を、リセラーとの計画策定、営業・技術コンピテンシーの育成、需要創出、デモ、プリセールスと連携したエンドユーザーPOCによって推進する営業スペシャリストです。ソフトウェア単体提案と、ソフトウェア、ストレージ、コンピュート、ネットワーク、GreenLake、サービスを組み合わせたプライベートクラウド提案の2つを軸に、再現可能な販売活動を構築します。 Responsibilities: 1. リセラー事業計画・成長施策 - 選定リセラーとのビジネスプラン策定 - ソフトウェア能力、顧客基盤、仮想化機会、プライベートクラウド準備度に基づくリセラー分析 - ターゲット顧客、パイプライン、育成、デモ・POC、認定目標の設定 - 定期レビューによる活動・案件・次アクションの管理 2. HPEソフトウェア販売戦略 - VM Essentials、Morpheus、Zerto、データサービス、ストレージソフトウェア案件の推進 - 仮想化代替、ストレージ近代化、自動化、クラウド運用ニーズの発掘 - 新規、更新、アタッチ、アップセル、クロスセルの販売活動 - ポジショニング、ヒアリング、ライセンス提案のリセラー支援 3. プライベートクラウド事業推進 - ソフトウェア、ストレージ、コンピュート、ネットワーク、GreenLake、サービスを統合した案件開発 - プリセールスと連携した構成、ワークロード、移行、ビジネスケースの検討 - Private Cloud Business Edition、Private Cloud
