Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsAdherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Office Job Description 【サービスエンジニア経験・機械の保守管理経験のある方優遇】電子顕微鏡のメンテナンス・据付など 具体的な仕事内容 世界トップクラスのシェアを誇る、サーモフィッシャー・サイエンティフィック。 その日本法人である当社は、日本の材料科学や電子デバイスの研究・開発などの分野で最先端科学をサポートしています。 ①定期メンテナンス、トラブル対応 ・電子顕微鏡、X線光電子分光装置、電気不良解析装置の性能を最大限に発揮するための定期的なメンテナンス ・消耗品の交換や診断、ソフト・ハードウェアのトラブル対応 ②電子顕微鏡、X線光電子分光装置、電気不良解析装置の設置（企画～据付） ・新たな機器や装置の導入時の製品仕様検討 ・営業と共にお客様先へ出向き、設置レイアウトの検討などのサポート ＼魅力ポイント／ ■夜勤や急な呼び出しナシ！ 年休122日以上・土日祝休み！お客様からの問い合わせは受付センターに集約されているため、休日や深夜に直接連絡が入ることはありません。また、各エンジニアのスケジュールを考慮して案件が振り分けられるため、一人に負担が集中しません。 ■サポート体制も万全 当社の製品は現在、国内に900台以上が稼働中。小さな案件には基本的に1人で対応しますが、大規模な案件には2～3名のチームで対応します。現場で何かあっても、いつでも上司や先輩に相談できますのでご安心ください。 ■充実の研修プログラム 入社後3カ月～1年は先輩に同行し、基礎を学びます。不具合の原因を論理的に導き出す思考トレーニングなどを実施し、サービスエンジニアとしての基盤を築いていきます。その後は、社内勉強会やe-ラーニングを受講し、3年かけてプロフェッショナルを目指します。 ＼キャリアパスについて／ キャリアは、実務はもちろん、海外研修および国内外のプロジェクト参加を通じ、技術の専門性を高めることからスタートしていただきます。 幅広い経験を通じ、マネジメントを目指す、海外のポジションにチャレンジする、サービスコントラクトビジネスに携わるなど幅広いキャリアパスを求めることが可能です。
