このポジションはファッション本部リテール部に属します。 リテールディレクターにレポートし、オフィス側から店舗におけるサービス、売上及び業務効率を高めるためのサポートすることがミッションです。 ■主な業務内容 １）チームサポート ‐リテール関連ミーティングの設定・管理・一部参加とミニッツ、レポートの作成 -サービスおよびセールス、スタッフ採用状況、離職率等のモニタリングと分析フォロー、RDとRMへの提言 -リテールスケジュールの更新と管理、他部門との調整 -リテール関連ファイルの情報管理と更新 -リテール関連書類の作成及び更新（業務管理規定など） -リテールプロジェクトおよびサービス企画全般への参画、情報収集、準備、及びそれらの施行 ‐Weekly, Monthly等レポートの作成サポート ２）リテールディレクターのアシスタント -Monthly Sales Reportの作成と作成のためのRMへのヒアリングと情報収集 -リテール関連アナウンスメントの作成と一部発信 -一部ミーティングへの同席、および代理出席 -海外資料の一部翻訳と日本版の構成、RMへのシェア -海外要人来日時のアテンド時のアレンジメント及び一部同行 -リテールディレクターのスケジュール管理及び会議室の予約等 ■求めるスキル、要件 • 語学：英語（ビジネス中級以上） • Powerpoint上級、Excel中級以上 ※BI使用経験尚可 • リテール業界での経験は必須ではありませんが、あれば歓迎 • 積極性と機敏さと同時に丁寧でミスのない仕事が心がけられること ■その他 ・レポートライン：リテールディレクター ・雇用形態：正社員 ・給与：現在のご年収を考慮し弊社規定により決定 ・勤務地：東京スクウエアガーデンオフィス（銀座線「京橋」駅）...
