日本発のトレンドマイクロは、「デジタルインフォメーションを安全に交換できる世界の実現」をビジョンとし、創業から35年以上、サイバーセキュリティのグローバルリーダーとして50万社を超える法人組織と個人のセキュリティ環境を保護しています。 ◆ 業務内容 トレンドマイクロは現在、「エンドポイントセキュリティ企業」から「AIセキュリティのリーディングカンパニー」への転換フェーズにあります。 本ポジションでは、AIを活用したセキュリティプラットフォーム「Trend Vision One」を中核に、大手・中堅企業の経営層（CISO・CFO・CIO）およびIT部門（部長・課長・現場担当者）に対し、サイバーリスクが経営に与える影響を踏まえた課題提起を行い、現状分析（As Is）からあるべき姿（To Be）の実現までを支援するソリューションセールスを担っていただきます。 ＜具体的な業務内容＞ 標的型攻撃対策、クラウド・OTセキュリティ、さらにはセキュリティ運用を含むライフサイクル全体にわたる支援・提案を行います。 SE、マーケティング、カスタマーサクセスなどの関連部門と連携しながら、顧客の潜在ニーズを的確に捉え、最適なソリューションおよびサービスを提供する重要な役割です。 【配属組織】 国内大手企業を中心とした幅広い業界のエンドユーザーを担当する組織に所属いただきます。 既存の取引関係を基盤に、顧客の特性や業界動向、競合情報、クラウドセキュリティやガバナンスの観点を踏まえた戦略的な提案活動を行います。 顧客と共にセキュリティ戦略を描く、極めて影響力の大きいポジションです。 なお、配属チームに応じて担当アカウント数は以下の通り異なります。 超大手企業担当：10〜20社程度 大手企業担当：30〜40社程度 ◆ 職務の魅力 単なる製品販売ではなく、顧客のサイバーリスクを可視化し、経営課題として定義・解決に導く、高い市場価値を持つソリューションセールスのスキルが習得できます。 SE・マーケティング・サポートなど、アカウントチームが一体となり顧客価値の最大化を図る体制の中で業務に取り組めます。 エンドポイント、クラウド、メール、ネットワーク、さらにはAIまで、全領域をカバーするプラットフォームを活用し、業界問わず幅広い提案が可能です。 ◆ 必須経験・スキル IT業界における営業経験5年以上、またはハイタッチ営業経験3年以上（課題解決型のソリューション提案経験） 新規顧客開拓、または新規案件の創出から受注に至るまでの一連の営業経験 複数アカウントの優先順位付けおよび並行して営業活動を推進した経験 ◆ 歓迎経験・スキル サイバーセキュリティまたはクラウドセキュリティ領域の知識・提案経験 経営層（CxOレベル）への提案・折衝経験 ITILなどITサービスマネジメントに関する知識 ◆ 求める人物像 自律的に行動できるセルフスターター型のソリューション営業 目標達成への強い意欲を持ち、主体的に行動できる方 多様なステークホルダーを巻き込み、柔軟にコミュニケーションを図れる方
