Job Requisition ID # 26WD98628 役割概要（Position Overview） エンタープライズアカウント担当のアカウントテクニカルリード（ATL）は、高度に複雑な技術案件をリードし、エンタープライズレベルでのディスカバリーを独立して推進し、詳細なソリューション設計を行い、カスタマーテクニカルビジョン（CTV）を策定します。 ATLは顧客に対する主要な技術アドバイザーとして機能し、深い関係構築を行いながら、技術ソリューションと戦略的ビジネス目標の整合性を確保します。 今回の募集はAECO(Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations)領域を対象としています。 主な責任（Responsibilities） 複数のワークフロー、システム、分野にまたがるエンドツーエンドの技術ディスカバリーを推進し、Autodeskの技術を顧客の目標に結び付ける変革機会を特定する 高度かつ複数ソリューションにまたがる技術提案および導入パスを設計し、明確なROIストーリーとソリューション正当化資料を作成する 技術およびビジネスのステークホルダーと長期的かつ深い関係を構築・維持し、戦略的技術アドバイザーとして機能する 技術環境、長期目標、適用戦略を含む詳細なカスタマーテクニカルビジョン（CTV）を策定・維持する マルチソリューションの拡張機会を積極的に特定し、売上成長を促進する 部門横断の連携を必要とする複雑な技術エスカレーションをリードする アカウントエグゼクティブと連携し、技術的洞察を基に案件戦略を策定する デモ、ベンチマーキング、技術ワークショップのために社内スペシャリストを統括する 評価結果およびパフォーマンス結果に関するデータドリブンな分析を提供する ソートリーダーとしてエンタープライズイベントや業界ディスカッションにおいてAutodeskを代表する 応募要件（Minimum Qualifications） 技術系分野の学士号、または同等の実務経験 5年以上の業界知識またはAutodesk関連の専門知識 高度に複雑な技術案件をリードし、先進的なソリューション設計を行った実績 技術およびビジネスのステークホルダーとの長期的関係構築の実績 Autodesk製品、または同等のエンタープライズソリューションに関する高い技術的理解 優れたコミュニケーション能力、ストーリーテリング能力、説得力 営業、カスタマーサクセス、技術スペシャリストチームとの協業経験 業界知識および財務的視点を活用し、変革戦略を支援できるビジネス理解力 AI等を含む先進技術を常にキャッチアップしつづけ、業務に生かせる理解力・継続力
