ポジション概要 Customer Success Manager は、プロダクト導入前後の顧客に対して、単なる活用支援ではなく、 エージェントを用いた「 知能基盤 」の設計・実装・進化に責任を持つポジションです。 Tektome では、顧客企業の業務をエージェントが担う「 エージェントセントリック (Agent-Centric) 」な世界を実現します。 本ポジションは、顧客と対話しながら、 どの業務にどのエージェントを配置するか どのようなスキル（プロンプト／ロジック）を持たせるか どのようなデータ構造・知識基盤を構築するか を設計し、 エージェントが成果を出す状態をつくる役割です。 また、営業終盤・導入初期から中長期にわたり、 最初の３ヶ月で何を実現するか １年でどこまで自動化・高度化するか 継続的にどう進化させるか といったロードマップを描き、顧客の事業価値に直結するデータ活用を推進します。 主な業務内容 コンセプト策定・技術継承 現行業務の課題を整理 解決策の提示とデモの実施 実データを用いた技術検証のリード エージェント設計・オンボーディング 顧客業務のヒアリング・構造化 エージェント配置設計（どの業務を誰が担うか） プロンプト／スキル設計 ナレッジ・データ基盤の設計 ベテラン人材の知識の形式化（デジタルツイン化） 活用定着・高度化 エージェントのパフォーマンス改善（精度・応答品質）
