AIソリューション・スペシャリスト（日本担当） ロールの概要 ミッション: 日本市場におけるRed Hat AIポートフォリオの商業的成功を推進することです。 主な任務: 企業が生成AIのPoC段階から、拡張性のある本番環境グレードの実運用へと移行できるよう、「AIギャップ」の解消を支援します。 ポジショニング: Red HatのAIプラットフォームをハイブリッドクラウドの統一基盤として位置づけ、お客様がRed Hatに期待する安全性、透明性、効率性を維持しながら、AIワークロードをデプロイ・管理できるようにします。 主要な営業責任 ディール・オーケストレーション（案件の統合管理）: 技術的なクロージングに責任を持ちます。 案件におけるオーケストレーターとして、ソリューションアーキテクト、パートナーエコシステム、アカウントチームと連携し、数百万ドル規模のAIサブスクリプションおよびサービスの受注をリードします。 コンサルタティブ・チャレンジャー: 独自の洞察を提供し、プロプライエタリな（独占的な）ベンダーロックインに異を唱えるコマーシャル・カタリスト（変革の触媒）として活動します。 「Digital Sovereignty」に関する議論をリードし、オープンなプラットフォームがいかにして、あらゆるクラウド上のあらゆるアクセラレータで、任意のモデルを実行できる柔軟性を提供するかを示します。 経済的価値の具現化: 複雑なAIインフラを「ビジネス価値」の物語へと翻訳します。 Red Hat AIがハイブリッドクラウドで動作するエンドツーエンドのプラットフォームを提供することで、総保有コスト（TCO）をいかに削減するかを実証する責任があります。 また、推論のためのハードウェア利用の最適化や、AIエージェントの開発・運用の市場投入までの期間短縮についても実証します。 戦略的成長アドバイザー: グローバル・アカウント・プラン内でのAI固有の戦略を定義します。 予測型、生成型、およびエージェンティック（自律型）ワークフローを含むお客様の長期的なAIロードマップにおいて、Red Hatが最適なプラットフォームとして位置づけられるようにします。 技術範囲：Red Hat AI ポートフォリオ 技術的な専門知識を駆使し、2026年版のRed Hat
