ポジション概要 当社の事業成長を支える最重要機能の一つである「採用」を担うポジションです。 中長期の経営戦略・事業戦略・組織戦略と密接に連携しながら、採用戦略の設計から、クリティカルな人材の獲得、採用プロセスの高度化・内製化までを一気通貫で推進していただきます。 本ポジションは単なる採用実務担当ではなく、 経営・事業にとって本当に必要な人材を定義し、市場から惹きつけ、迎え入れる「TA Partner」 としての役割を期待しています。 入社時の職位は固定しておらず、ご経験・能力に応じて、採用チーム内での役割やポジションを柔軟に検討します。 主な業務内容 1. 採用戦略・計画の策定 経営計画・事業計画・組織計画に基づく中長期の採用戦略策定 事業成長に直結するクリティカルポジションの特定、要件定義、人材の発掘 年間・四半期単位の採用計画（職種別／拠点別／レベル別）の立案 採用KPI（採用数、Time to Hire, Quality of Hire 等）の設計・モニタリング 2. 経営・人事との連携 経営陣への採用状況のレポーティングおよび課題提起 事業成長を加速させるポジション・人材像の特定、経営陣への提言 等級・報酬・評価制度と連動した採用要件の設計 グローバル拠点・海外採用との連携および調整 3. 採用実務およびプロセス設計 各職種（ビジネス／コーポレート／エンジニア等）の採用実務リード 採用プロセスの設計・改善（要件定義、選考フロー、評価基準） 面接官トレーニングの企画・実施、Hiring Managerとの連携強化 4. 採用チャネル・ブランディング エージェントマネジメント（選定、条件交渉、パフォーマンス管理）
