【Amazon出品サービスについて】 Amazon出品サービス はAmazon以外の企業がAmazonのプラットフォーム上に商品を出品、販売を行うことができる企業向けサービスです。2007年4月のサービス提供開始から今日に至るまで、多くの法人企業様（以下「販売事業者」)に利用され、さらにその数は毎年増えています。Amazonのミッションである地球上で最も豊富な品揃えを実現するためには今後さらにさまざまな商品を販売事業者様にご出品いただくことが不可欠です。 【マーチャント・コンサルタントとは】 マーチャント・コンサルタントは、Amazonプラットフォームに商品を出品している販売事業者様向けに提供している有料のコンサルティングサービスプログラムを担います。具体的には、販売事業者様の経営戦略や事業戦略を踏まえた上で、課題を特定し、戦略的アドバイスを行ってAmazon.co.jp上での売上最大化を目指します。 Key job responsibilities 【具体的な業務内容】 ・1人最大約15社を担当し、専任コンサルタントとして戦略的プランを策定 ・売上実績の分析、年間ビジネスゴールに基づく戦略プラン策定、実行サポート ・販売事業者様ごとに最適な形式・頻度で定期的なビジネスレビューを実施し、 年間目標の進捗確認・提案・合意形成・実行管理までを一気通貫で推進 ・販売事業者様と合意したゴール（売上、広告効率、品揃え拡大等）に対し、 期待効果・担当者・期限を明示した具体的な提案を行い合意形成する ・合意したアクションの進捗管理と継続的な実行支援 ・最新プログラム情報の提供、戦略的アドバイスおよび実践的なコーチング ～戦略的アドバイス例～ ・広告運用の最適化(スポンサー広告の提案、広告費用対効果の改善、入札戦略) ・プロモーション施策(セールイベント提案、タイムセール活用、価格戦略) ・在庫・物流の最適化(在庫切れ要因分析、定期おトク便活用、配送委託提案) ・品揃えの拡充(新商品立ち上げサポート、主力商品の育成、販路拡大) ・ブランディング提案(ブランド登録、商品詳細ページ改善、ストア作成、 ブランド分析ツールの活用) ・購入転換率の向上(商品ページ改善、プライシング) ・販路拡大(グローバル展開、法人向け販売) 【主なKPI】 ・担当販売事業者様の事業成長 (売上拡大、品揃えの充実、商品ページや配送品質の向上 等） ・担当販売事業者様との長期的なパートナーシップ ・担当販売事業者様からの信頼 （サービスおよび担当コンサルタントへの満足） Basic Qualifications- Bachelors
