1. 職務概要 本ポジションは、ピープルエクスペリエンス（PX）部門 人事部に所属し、患者さんへの貢献および企業価値の向上を支える人事施策や人事オペレーションの推進を通じて、組織力の強化と従業員体験の向上に貢献する。 上司やマネージャーの指導・サポートを得ながら、パフォーマンスカルチャーの醸成、人事関連規程の運用、人事労務管理、人事オペレーションの効率化、部門横断プロジェクトへの参画など、人事領域における幅広い業務を担当する。 また、国内外のステークホルダーや外部ベンダーと連携し、グローバル施策や部門横断プロジェクトの円滑な実行を支援する。 さらに、生成AIやデジタルツールを日常業務に適切に取り入れ、定型業務の効率化、情報整理、資料作成および業務品質の向上に取り組み、より生産性の高い働き方の実現に貢献する。 2. 主要な役割と責任 2.1 人事施策の企画・運営支援 上司やマネージャーの指導・サポートを得ながら、PX戦略および事業戦略に基づく人事施策の企画・運営を支援する。 パフォーマンスマネジメント関連施策の運営を通じて、社員の成果と成長を促す組織文化の醸成に貢献する。 グローバルで展開される人事施策やプログラムについて、日本への導入および運用を支援する。 関係者への案内、説明資料の作成、会議・説明会の運営など、人事施策の実行に必要な業務を担当する。 2.2 労務管理・規程運用支援 労働協約、就業規則および人事関連諸規程の運用・管理業務を担当する。 法改正、判例、社会動向および労務関連情報の調査を行い、規程改定や制度運用の見直しを支援する。 規程や制度に関する資料、社内案内および関連文書の作成・更新を行う。 社内協業先からエスカレーションされた従業員およびマネージャーからの人事労務関連の問い合わせに対応し、必要に応じて上司や担当者へ相談・報告する。 2.3 オペレーショナルエクセレンス GBS、Payroll、Benefits、HR Operations等の関係者と協働し、人事オペレーションの効率化および標準化を推進する。 雇用管理デスクを含む外部委託先の運営状況をモニタリングし、上司やマネージャーと連携して必要な改善活動を支援する。 労働時間管理、有給休暇取得促進、36協定関連業務等の運用を担当する。 マネージャーおよび従業員向けの研修・説明会について、資料や案内の準備、日程調整および当日の運営を行う。 生成AI、Microsoft Copilotその他の会社が承認したデジタルツールを活用し、情報整理、文書・資料作成、会議準備および定型業務の効率化と生産性向上に取り組む。 2.4 プロジェクト参画・PMOサポート 上司、マネージャーまたはプロジェクトリーダーの指導・サポートのもと、人事領域における部門横断プロジェクトおよびグローバルプロジェクトへ、プロジェクトメンバーとして参画する。 プロジェクトの進捗管理、会議運営、資料作成、議事録作成および関係者との連絡・調整等のPMO業務を担当する。 国内外のステークホルダーと連携し、プロジェクトの円滑な遂行に貢献する。 AIやデジタルツールを適切に活用し、プロジェクト関連情報の整理、資料作成、会議準備およびフォローアップ業務の効率化を図る。 3.
