＊Business-level Japanese (speaking, writing & reading) is required for this position. ＊応募の際、次の書類をアップロードしてください（新規のかたはページ右下の応募するよりアカウントご作成いただけます）： 履歴書、職務履歴書 ※勤務地にご希望がございましたら履歴書の備考欄にご記載ください プロジェクトマネジメントエンジニア 工場設備投資の上流から立上げまで一貫して担う技術職 |ポジション概要 ネスレ日本の工場では、新製品対応や自動化、老朽設備更新、サステナビリティの推進など、工場の将来を左右する設備投資が継続的に行われています。 本ポジションでは、そうした設備投資案件を構想・計画から設計、安全・施工管理、立上げ、現場引継ぎまで一貫して担当します。 設計から立上げまでを内製で担うため、単なる進捗管理や調整役ではなく、「どう作るか」「どう改善するか」を自ら考え、形にできる技術者として関われるのが特徴です。 また、ネスレ独自仕様の設備も多く、汎用的なライン設計では得られない技術的な面白さや創意工夫の余地があります。 |部署紹介 当部署は、工場における設備投資計画（新製品対応、新設備導入、設備更新、生産能力・効率向上、自動化など）を担う部門です。 予算申請から設計、導入、立上げ、現場引継ぎまでを一貫して担当し、設備や建屋の保守、安定したエネルギー供給にも関与します。 単なる「設備担当」ではなく、工場の中長期的なあるべき姿を描き、実装していく中核部門です。 |業務内容 プロジェクトマネジメントエンジニアとして、以下の業務を担当いただきます。 ・設備投資案件（新製品対応、新設備導入、更新、自動化等）の計画、設計、実施、立上げ、引継ぎ ・詳細設計（建物、設備、配管、電気 など） ※設計は社内で実施 ・安全管理、工程管理、施工管理 ※施工は外注、指示および立会いを担当 ・環境負荷の少ないエネルギー供給設備等の投資計画 ・設備の改良・保全（保全専任チームと連携） ※本ポジションは管理職ではありません。 現場に近い立場で、プロジェクトの中心として技術的な意思決定に関わる役割です。
