企業概要 Sika（シーカ）は、建築分野および産業分野において、接着、シーリング、防振、補強、保護に関するシステムおよび製品の開発・製造で世界をリードするスペシャリティケミカルメーカーです。 Sika は世界 103 か国に子会社を持ち、400 以上の工場で生産を行い、世界中のお客様に向けて革新的な技術を提供しています。これらの取り組みを通じて、建設業界および輸送業界の環境負荷低減に向けた変革を支える重要な役割を担っています。2025 年には、約 33,000 名の従業員により、*売上高 112 億スイスフラン（CHF）を達成しました。 求人内容 職務概要 各RDC（Regional Distribution Center）の品目別在庫最適化を通じて、顧客サービスレベルの向上を行い、企業価値の最大化に貢献する。フォーキャストデータを元に適切なオペレーション体制の整備と効率化を図っていただきます。 主な職務内容 / 必要とされる機能・責任・コンピテンシー 各RDCの出荷実績及び需要予測との差異を積極的に監視・把握し、適切な在庫レベルを維持・提供することで、各RDCの在庫戦略を主導し、サービスレベル・在庫回転率・廃棄リスクの最適化を通じて、事業収益および顧客満足向上に貢献する。 輸送リードタイムを把握し、タイムリーな在庫補充提案を行う。 日々の業務を効率的に行うため、SAPおよび各種データを活用し、在庫配置・需要変動・供給制約に関する分析基盤および業務プロセス改善をリードする。 「在庫過不足」のリスクを積極的に管理及び、大口物件情報をフォローアップし、在庫過不足が発生した場合のバックアップソリューションについて、Sales、Supply Chain、Operation、Customer Service等の関係部門と連携し、供給制約・在庫不足・過剰在庫に対する意思決定およびエスカレーションを主導する。 問題と対策を共有するためのにチームコミュニケーションを積極的に行う。 最適化を通じて、各RDCの在庫を自ら管理するチームスピリットを構築する。 有効期限を確認し、廃棄リスクを削減する。 季節切り替えによる、廃棄リスクを削減する。 適正在庫（安全在庫）の計算及び維持する。 Supply Chain KPI（在庫回転率、サービスレベル、廃棄率、Working Capital等）の継続的改善をリードし、事業成長および収益性向上に貢献する。 DTS機能全体を見据え、Demand Planning・Supply Planning・Logistics・Customer Service等との連携を通じ、End-to-End Supply Chain最適化を推進する。
