エウレカは、真剣にパートナーを見つけたいと考えている方に向けたオンラインデーティングアプリ「Pairs（ペアーズ）」を運営している会社です。Pairsは、累計登録数2,700万以上の日本最大級のオンラインデーティングアプリです。 （2025年時点）2012年に日本版、2013年に台湾版、2025年に韓国版のサービス開始して以来、順調に成長を続け、90万以上の方がPairsでお相手を見つけています。2015年には、世界中でオンラインデーティングアプリを展開するMatch Groupにジョインし、私たちのミッションである「人生に “あってよかった” と思ってもらえるものを。」を実現するため、日本国内だけでなく、グローバルで更なる成長を目指しており、すでにリリースしている台湾版だけでなく、その他アジアへの進出に向けてグローバル展開を見据えたプロダクト開発を進めています。 Job Summary: オンラインデーティングアプリ「Pairs」の成長を支える「Finance Business Intelligence Analyst」を募集します。 エウレカには、様々な意思決定の場で、データを重視して、ビジネス判断を行う風土があります。今回募集を行うポジションは、BI （Business Intelligence）Teamに所属し、ビジネス判断を行うためのデータ利活用の領域を広げ、分析のスピード・質を向上させるという大きなミッションに取り組んでいただきます。具体的には、本ポジションは、Finance Teamと密にコミュニケーションを取り、Forecast Modelの構築・運用、 Risk & Opportunity Analysisを通じて、Pairsの意思決定の推進をご担当頂きます。また、Match Groupと連携してGroup全体で共通のFinancial Data基盤の実装もご担当頂きます。 今時点のEngineering Skillは不問です。業務で必要になるSkillはOJTを通してチームがサポートします。Self GrowthのBenefitとしてUdemyで学習も可能です。Data Analyst未経験にも関わらず学習を通じて活躍した実績もあります。 このポジションは次のような経験をご提供できます： Pairs全体戦略の意思決定へDataを通じて影響を与える経験（年間Roadmap、Region進出、大型Marketing CPの是非等） SQL・Git・Python・dbtなどのEngineering Skillを習得し活用する経験 Data基盤を実装・保守・運用する経験 Coding Agent(Claude Codeなど)を活用し、分析・開発する経験 Match Groupと連携し、開発・分析をする経験
