MRのSelling Skillの課題を分析・特定し、改善に向けた施策を立案する（アウトプットアセスメントを年2回企画・実施） 3. 中途入社者・社内異動者に対してSelling Skillおよび製品知識を高めるためのトレーニングを実施し、現場での活動が行えるように準備する 4.
