Strategic Category Leadership / 戦略的カテゴリーリーダーシップ Henkelの長期的なビジョンに沿って、FORMカテゴリーのグローバル戦略を策定・実行します。市場および消費者インサイトを分析し、成長機会を特定します。 2. Innovation & Portfolio Management / イノベーション・ポートフォリオ管理 製品のコンセプト立案から市場投入まで、イノベーションを主導します。持続可能な成長を促進する、収益性の高いバランスの取れた製品ポートフォリオを管理します。 3. Brand Equity & Marketing Excellence / ブランド価値・マーケティング推進 デジタル、店頭販促（POSM）、教育、コミュニケーションを含む360°のグローバルマーケティング戦略を策定します。一貫したブランドストーリーテリングと、各地域に合わせたブランド展開を推進します。 4. Cross-Functional &
