QCスタッフとして、試験責任者（または候補）を採用 QCスタッフは品質管理部門長にレポートする。 信頼性の高い品質管理業務の実施を実現し、患者さんに確かな品質の医薬品を届けるために、各種規制要件への適合を保証する。 適切な報告、連絡、相談を行い、適切な判断に基づいて業務を実施する。 GMP、承認書及び各種規制要件を理解し、これに合致するように業務をデザイン、実施すると共に、人為的な誤りを最小限にし、より高品質の医薬品の供給のために常により良い品質システムの構築に努める。 業務に必要な専門知識、技術を自ら進んで習得し、業務に活用すると共に、他者を教育する。 Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities サンプリング計画、サンプリング方法など製品、原材料を正しく評価するためにサンプリングをデザイン、実施する。 検体管理方法をデザインすると共に、検体管理に関する業務を実施する。 受け入れ／出荷／再試験に関わる品質試験（理化学、微生物、物性、目視を含む）を実施し、その方法及び結果の妥当性を評価、モニタリングする。 安定性試験を実施し、その方法及び結果の妥当性を評価、モニタリングし製品、原材料の安定性を評価する。 原材料、試薬／試液、消耗品等の使用期限の設定を科学的及び統計学的根拠に基づいて行い、使用期限の管理に関する業務を実施する。 環境モニタリングに関するクオリフィケーション、サンプリング、試験、結果の解析、オペレーションへのフィードバックを行う。 品質管理の観点から必要と判断された依頼試験を実施すると共に、逸脱、変更等が発生した際に試験結果の必要性及びその項目について専門性を発揮して意見を提示する。 試験方法の維持・管理に責任を有す。 GMPを遵守した試験室の運営に責任を有する。試験室の運営に関する品質システムの維持・向上に責任を有す。 標準品の管理に関する業務を実施する。 試薬及び試液の管理に関する業務を実施する。 常に適切な分析装置が使用できるように分析装置の適格性を評価／モニタリングすると共に、故障時の対応（再適格性評価を含む）、新規使用者への教育等を行う。 外部試験機関の選定、利用、評価、コミュニケーションに関する業務を行う。 OOS/OOT/異常な結果の発生時に、報告及び当該事象に関する調査や是正予防措置に関する業務を行う。 QCが作成・管理する各種手順書の維持・管理に責任を有す。 新規に業務に就く者、継続的に就業する者への教育を適切に実施し、自らも受講する。 GMP省令に定められている各種業務を適切に実施する。 常に最新の法規制、分析に関する情報、機器の使用やメンテナンスに関する情報、試験室の運営に関連する各種規制情報などを自ら進んで収集し、共有する。 業務進捗管理、予算管理、購買業務などの管理に責任を有す。 Data Integrityの保証に関して責任を有す。 5S活動・OE活動・HSE活動をリードする。 Education & Qualifications 3年以上の分析方法開発または工場でのQC業務経験。日本薬局方、GMPに関する知識 Competencies 【GMP／専門知識】 GMP、これに関する各種通知及びGMP事例集の内容を深く理解し、業務を遂行及び適切な判断を行う能力を有する。また、これに基づいて従来の課題の解決や業務改善に関する提案、実行を行う能力を有する。 日本薬局方及び各公定書の内容を深く理解し、業務で実践する能力を有する。また、これに基づいて従来の課題の解決や業務改善に関する提案、実行を行う能力を有する。
