【主な業務内容】 ■ エンジニアリング部門の運営・マネジメント ・Director of Engineeringの補佐および部門運営 ・エンジニアリングチームの育成、指導、評価 ・日々の設備管理および修繕業務の監督 ・他部門との連携によるホテルオペレーションのサポート ■ 設備・施設管理 ・ホテル設備の保守・点検・予防保全プログラムの管理 ・客室、レストラン、宴会場、バックオブハウスを含む施設全体の維持管理 ・設備更新計画および改修プロジェクトの推進 ・外部業者との折衝および工事管理 ■ エネルギー・安全管理 ・省エネルギー施策の企画・実施 ・設備運用の効率化によるコスト削減 ・消防・安全・法令遵守に関する管理 ・各種法定点検およびコンプライアンス対応 ■ 財務・プロジェクト管理 ・部門予算の作成・管理 ・修繕費、設備投資（CAPEX）の計画・管理 ・コストコントロールおよび投資案件の推進 ・経営層へのレポーティング 【このポジションの魅力】 ・国内有数のインターナショナルホテルの施設管理を担うスケールの大きな仕事 ・800室規模の客室、レストラン・バー、宴会場など、多様な施設の運営・保全に携われる ・設備管理だけでなく、予算管理・プロジェクト推進・チームマネジメントなど幅広い経験を積むことが可能 ・経営層や各部門長と連携しながら、ホテル全体の価値向上に直接貢献できる ・将来的にはDirector of Engineeringなど、更なるキャリアアップを目指せる環境 【必須スキル・経験】
