Job Description 【募集背景】 Renesasの16bit/32bit MCU、IoT、Automotive、Connectivity関連製品において、組込みソフトウェアの要求定義、PRD（Product Requirements Document）、アーキテクチャ／設計、実装品質、検証までの一貫性を強化するため、経験者採用によりソフトウェア技術力を増強するため。 本ポジションは、単なる実装担当ではなく、市場・顧客要求をソフトウェア要求とアーキテクチャに落とし込み、グローバル開発チームと連携してスケーラブルで再利用可能な組込みソフトウェアを実現することを期待する。 【職務内容】 ・Renesas MCU向け組込みソフトウェアの要求定義、PRD、アーキテクチャ、設計ドキュメントの作成・レビュー ・製品企画、マーケティング、顧客要求を理解し、ソフトウェア要求および実装可能な技術仕様へ具体化 ・BSP、デバイスドライバ、RTOS連携、ネットワーク／コネクティビティミドルウェア、OTA/FOTA、サンプルアプリケーション等の設計・開発・技術リード ・市場&顧客要求、ソフトウェアアーキテクチャデザイン、実装、テスト、リリース成果物のトレーサビリティをJira等のツールを用いて管理 ・国内外のソフトウェア開発チーム、パートナー、顧客との技術的な議論を主導し、技術要件の把握や技術的課題を解決 ・実装品質、拡張性、再利用性、保守性を考慮した設計レビューおよび技術判断 ・CI/CD、テスト自動化、開発プロセス標準化による開発効率および品質向上の推進 ・開発者および顧客にとって使いやすいソフトウェア／開発体験の改善 ・事業部内外のチームに対し、事業部門に沿った開発手法、技術、デザイン、アーキテクチャの採用を促進 Qualifications 【必須要件】 ・C言語を用いた組込みソフトウェア開発経験 ・MCU/SoC向けBSP、デバイスドライバ、RTOS、ミドルウェア、通信スタック等いずれかの開発経験 ・ソフトウェア要求定義、仕様設計、アーキテクチャ設計、設計レビューの実務経験 ・不具合解析、原因特定、対策立案、品質改善の経験 ・国内外の関係者と技術課題を整理し、合意形成できるコミュニケーション力 ・技術文書作成、進捗管理、課題管理、リリースに関する実務経験 ・新しい技術領域を自律的に学習し、製品開発へ適用できること 【歓迎要件】 ・FreeRTOS、AzureRTOS(ThreadX)、ZephyrRTOS等のRTOS開発・移植・統合経験 ・Ethernet、Wi-Fi、TCP/IP、MQTT、TLS等の通信・IoT関連ソフトウェア開発経験 ・Bootloader、起動時間最適化、メモリレイアウト、マルチOS／OS共存設計の経験 ・Automotive、Edge AI、産業機器向け組込みソフトウェア開発経験 ・顧客または海外パートナーとの技術協議、要求調整、技術セミナー実施経験 ・Python、Shell、CI/CD、テスト自動化、開発プロセス標準化の経験
