テクニカルサポートエンジニア（日本勤務） ポジション概要 Genetecでは、革新的なソフトウェアツールを駆使して、複雑な技術的課題やサービス障害の診断・解決を行い、お客様の満足度向上に貢献しています。 本ポジションは、Genetecソリューションに関する深い技術理解をもとに、迅速かつ的確な技術支援を提供する重要な役割を担います。 社内のテクニカルサポートチームやR&Dエンジニアと連携しながら、オンサイトでのフィールドサポートを含む多様な業務を担当していただきます。 主な業務内容 ■ テクニカルサポート業務 · ソフトウェアツールを活用した技術的課題の診断および障害解決 · お客様への明確かつ簡潔な技術的説明 · 定められたプロセスに基づく問題解決の実施 · 重大な顧客課題の適切なチャネルを通じた迅速なエスカレーション · 他のテクニカルサポート担当者やR&Dエンジニアとの協働による課題解決 · 新規および既存顧客との信頼関係の構築と維持 · Genetecソリューションに関する広範な知識の習得と維持 · サポートプロセスやソフトウェア改善への提案・貢献 · 技術文書やナレッジベース記事の作成支援 · 顧客先で発生した課題のチケットシステムおよびCRMツールへの適切な記録 ■ フィールドサポート業務 · 顧客先でのGenetecシステムの設置、監査、評価、保守、技術支援 · PoC（概念実証）、オンサイト技術支援、システム導入・立ち上げ、トレーニング、監査、評価の実施 · Genetecと顧客間の技術的な窓口としての対応
