電力トレーディング部門の事業拡大、マーチャント型ビジネスモデルにおける投資家の事業価値を最大化するために、新規でファイナンス担当を採用します。 現在当社が開発している大型、中型の蓄電所プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトファイナンス（PF）組成後（NTP以降・建設期〜商業運転期［COD］）の、融資契約（LA）管理、レンダー・投資家へのレポーティング、および特別目的会社（SPC/GK）の資金・財務管理をお任せします。投資家・レンダーとの良好な関係を維持し、契約不履行（イベント・オブ・デフォルト）を未然に防ぎながら、プロジェクトの円滑な財務運営を支える役割を担います。将来的にはプロジェクトの権利売却におけるM&A業務も担当して貰う想定です。 また、投融資に関連する業務のみならず、電力トレーディング部門のチーム員として、電力トレーディング（電力市場入札、市場制度分析、取引・収益最大化）とアセットマネジメント／O&M（設備稼働率維持管理、性能保証、各種許認可維持）などにも幅広く携わりながら、太陽光・蓄電池という未来の電力システムに不可欠なアセットクラスに関して知見を深め、チーム内のトレーディング・PPA・アセットマネジメントの専門家たちと連携をする機会に触れることができます。 【主な業務内容】 1. 融資契約（LA：Loan Agreement）の管理・履行 資金引出（ディスバースメント）実務： NTP以降、建設の進捗に合わせたレンダーへの資金引出請求（ドローダウン）の手続き、必要書類の取りまとめ、および実行管理。 コベナンツ（財務制限条項）管理： 融資契約に基づく財務指標（DSCR等）の継続的な算出・モニタリング、および契約違反防止のための事前アラート。 契約上の義務履行（サレンダー等）： 定期レポーティング義務のスケジュール管理、および期日通りの提出保証。 2. 投資家・レンダー対応（コーポレート・金融窓口） 定期財務レポーティング： 投資家およびレンダーに対し、月次・四半期・年次の財務状況（キャッシュフロー予実、BS/PL）および事業状況の定期報告。 各種承諾・変更（ウェイバー）交渉： プロジェクト運用上の計画変更が生じた際、レンダー・投資家との事前相談、合意形成（ウェイバー取得など）の折衝窓口。 窓口業務の統括： 金融関係の問い合わせ窓口として、外部ステークホルダーとの信頼関係構築（資料スライド3の「投資家・レンダー」担当）。 3.
