Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite ポジション概要 本ポジションは、ビジネスインテリジェンス（BI）、データマネジメント、およびSalesforce.comを中心としたCRMプラットフォーム領域において、ビジネスニーズの把握、要件定義、ソリューション導入、継続的な業務改善をリードします。 Power BIやMicrosoftのデータプラットフォームを活用したデータドリブンな意思決定の推進に加え、BIおよびSalesforce.comのBusiness Analystとしてビジネス部門とグローバルITチームの橋渡しを担い、グローバルソリューションの日本への導入・展開を推進します。 技術的な知識だけでなく、営業・マーケティング・サービスなどの業務プロセスに対する理解、部門横断でのステークホルダーマネジメント、グローバルチームとの協業、および複数のプロジェクトを主体的に推進するリーダーシップが求められるポジションです。 主な職務内容（Key Responsibilities） BI／データプラットフォーム Power BI、Microsoft SQL、SSAS、SSISなどを活用し、BI／データプラットフォームの導入・提供プロジェクトをリードする ビジネスニーズを分析し、包括的なBI／レポーティング要件を満たすためのデータモデル、データソースおよびレポートを設計・実装する 組織全体でデータの一貫性、正確性および信頼性を確保するため、BIレポート、KPIおよびデータ定義の標準化を推進する ユーザーが自身の役割やビジネスニーズに応じてデータを活用し、示唆を得られるよう、セルフサービス型アナリティクスの定着を支援する BIおよびデータプラットフォームにおけるデータガバナンス、セキュリティ基準およびベストプラクティスの遵守を確保する Salesforce.com／Business Analysis Salesforce.comプラットフォームのBusiness Analystとして、営業、マーケティング、サービスなどのビジネス部門と連携し、業務課題、ビジネスニーズおよび改善機会を特定する ビジネス要件を整理・分析し、グローバルITチームや開発・導入パートナーが理解できる、明確な機能要件、プロセスフロー、ユーザーストーリーおよび受入条件へ落とし込む Salesforce.comに関連するプロジェクトや機能改善について、要件定義から設計、テスト、導入、定着化までを一貫してリードする グローバルプロセスおよび標準ソリューションを理解したうえで、日本固有の業務要件とのギャップを分析し、グローバルチームと協働して適切なソリューションを策定する グローバルチームが提供するSalesforce.com関連ソリューションの日本への導入計画を策定し、ローカルのステークホルダーと連携して展開を推進する ビジネス部門、グローバルプロダクトチーム、ITチームおよび外部ベンダー間の橋渡しを担い、課題、依存関係、リスクおよび意思決定事項を適切に管理する Salesforce.comプラットフォームの活用促進に向け、ユーザー受入テスト、トレーニング、チェンジマネジメントおよび導入後の定着化を支援する Salesforce.comに関する改善要望やプロジェクトの優先順位をビジネス部門と整理し、グローバルのロードマップおよびガバナンスプロセスとの整合性を確保する プロジェクト／ステークホルダーマネジメント BI、データおよびSalesforce.com領域の複数プロジェクトについて、スコープ、スケジュール、リスク、課題、品質および成果物を管理する ビジネス部門、ローカルIT、グローバルIT、外部ベンダーなど、多様なステークホルダーとの合意形成をリードする 外部ベンダーおよび導入パートナーの活動、成果物、品質、スケジュールを管理する 導入したソリューションの利用状況やビジネス成果を確認し、継続的な改善につなげる 応募資格（Qualifications） 必須条件 Power BIおよびデータプラットフォームの導入・提供プロジェクトをリードした経験
