【Job Responsibility 】 1)AI Platform & Engineering チームのリードとして、部内関係者および IT 部門と連携し、LLM／生成AI・エージェンティックAIを活用したオペレーション高度化・自動化を推進する。 2)オペレーション領域（引受、保全、損害サービス、バックオフィス等）の課題を把握し、LLM／生成AIを活用した業務プロセスの改善・自動化を企画・実行する。 3)LLM／生成AIアプリケーションのアーキテクチャ・標準・ガバナンスを整備し、安全かつ効率的に展開・運用できる仕組みを構築する。 4)Japan P&C の Data & AI 戦略を理解した上で、業績目標およびオペレーショナル・エクセレンス目標の達成に貢献する。 【Key Tasks & Accountabilities】 1)LLM／生成AIを活用した業務自動化・業務支援ソリューションのロードマップ策定および優先順位付け。 2)LLMアプリケーションのリファレンスアーキテクチャ設計（RAG構成、プロンプト管理、API連携、ログ・監査基盤など）および標準化。 3)プロジェクト／プロダクトのデリバリー統括（PoC〜本番展開）：要件整理、スコープ定義、進捗管理、リスク管理。 4)LLM出力の品質・安全性・コンプライアンスに関するガバナンス枠組みの設計・運用。 5)データサイエンスチーム、IT部門、業務部門との連携によるユースケース創出と実装支援（例：Agentic AI Telephony、Image STP、Citizen Development、LINE & digital tools、AI-assisted coding）。 6)チーム内外でのリーダーシップ発揮（役割分担の明確化、ナレッジ共有の促進）。 7)業務部門長および経営層への状況報告・提案（成果の可視化、次年度以降の投資テーマの整理等）。
