Please submit your CV here for future consideration. ポジション概略 オートデスクが提供するソリューションの採用と利用を促進するポストセールスコンサルティング（インプリメンテーションコンサルティング）を提供する。お客様へのサービスの一例として、プロセス評価・定義、カスタマーミーティングのファシリテーション、トレーニング、インプリメンテーションサービス、メンタリング、ドキュメント作成等を提供する。また、製品やプロセス改善として、お客様からのフィードバックを基に開発チームやグローバルサービスチームとのエンゲージメントも図る。 主な責任 エンタープライズ企業である顧客と直接連携し、プロセスやワークフローのレビュー/開発、導入/展開戦略、トレーニング、技術指導、業界の専門知識を含むコンサルティングサービスを提供し、顧客がオートデスクのテクノロジーへの投資から最大限の価値を得られるようにする。 サプライチェーンの統合を含む、工場／プラントのプロセスプランニングとそのオペレーションにおける戦略的変革と改善に関するコンサルティング業務をリードする。 顧客に対しコンサルティング・サービスの価値を理解してもらい、営業活動およびビジネス・ディベロップメントに貢献する。 営業／ビジネス開発部門をサポートし、顧客がコンサルティング・リソースを活用する価値を理解できるよう支援する、ビジネスコンサルタントとソリューション・アーキテクトとをサポートし、顧客への提案書を作成する。 新しい業務改善プロセスを設定し、必要なソリューションの優先順位を作成する。 コンサルタントとして以下の業務を主導し、実施・実行する。 現状を分析し、理想的な状況の仮説モデルを定義し、ギャップを特定し、解決策を提案する。 Inventor、Vault、Fusion 360、AutoCAD、Plant 3DなどのAutodesk製品を適用するために、詳細な業務要件とワークフローを定義する。 オートデスク製品の最適なアプリケーションを顧客に提示し、詳細な使用事例を定義して文書化する。 顧客（社外）やコンサルティング・グループ（社内）と協力して技術的な問題を解決する。 ソリューションに関するの詳細なプレゼンテーション、テスト、トレーニングを通じて、採用と利用を促進を確認する。 グローバルコンサルティンググループに対し、製品やプロセス改善のためのカスタマーエクスペリエンスに関するフィードバックを提供する。
