■会社名：非公開 ■ポジション：Senior CRM & Data Management Specialist ■給与：～1,300万円程度+AIP10% ※ご経験・現年収をふまえ決定、昇給あり ■勤務地：東京都目黒区 ※12月にオフィス移転を予定しております。 ■業務内容： ビジネスからの要件をどうシステムに落とし込んでいくかというところをご担当いただきます。ベンダーも利用しますが、簡単なことはご自身でも設定していただけるようなスキルがあり、プロジェクト管理経験のある方を求めています。 ・最適なCRM機能・ツールの提案 ・ROIにフォーカスしたVeeva機能の実装 ・医療データ システム、リレーショナル データベース、BI ツールの運用管理 ・CRMユーザーのサポート ・ビジネス分析のためのあらゆるレベルのデータを社内ステークホルダーに提供する ・KPIトラッキングなどの長期的なビジネスニーズに対応したレポートとダッシュボードの作成と運用 ■このようなご経験/スキルのある方にお声がけしております ・日本語/英語ビジネスレベル ・IT関連のプロジェクト管理経験 ・CRM システム (可能であれば Veeva / Salesforce) のご経験 ・リレーショナル データベース (Oracle、MySQL など) の開発経験 ・BI システムの開発経験 (Tableau、Qlik、MotionBoard、ClickHouse など)
