品質エンジニアとして、生産・配送チームに参加し、お客様に最高水準のロボットをお届けすることをお約束します。製品開発チームやビジネス・オペレーションチームと協力し、当社の製品が期待される品質を満たし、またそれを上回ることを保証していただきます。品質マネジメントシステムを確立し、製品要求ルールを設定することで、当社製品の品質基準を決定する手助けをする役割を担っていただきます。また、設計及び生産中のあらゆる段階で発生する可能性のある品質問題に対処し、適切にルーティングすることも期待されます。この仕事を成功させるためには、好奇心旺盛で問題解決に積極的であること、素早く動くことができ、優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、常に変化するタスクと責任のリストを進んで引き受けることが必要です。 業務内容 TX の品質マネジメントシステムにより、品質基準を確立し、製品開発チームや生産・フィールドサービスチームと協力しながら設計及び製造出荷品質の検証を実施し、ロボットの品質基準を満たすようにする。 量産管理段階では、市場で発生した不具合をフィールドサービスチームからヒアリングし、再現実験を行いながら調査実施し原因特定をしていく。加えて、根本原因に基づく対策を提案する。この時、関連部門（ハードウェア/ソフトウェア設計チーム、生産チーム等）と連携し、不具合調査プロセスを構築・管理していく。 これを支える量産準備段階では、部品サプライヤーの評価選定、品質管理の仕組みを検証すると共に、EMSと協業した部品品質の維持、向上を主導していく。EMSの受入れ、工程及び出荷の品質管理の仕組みを検証・監督し、品質問題が発生した場合は、EMSと共に、製品開発チームや生産チームと協働しながら、原因特定や対策検証について、問題の解決に至るまでリードし、品質基準への達成を実現する。 必須条件 日本語はビジネスレベルであること 大学の学士号または高専卒業以上 製造業またはサプライヤーの品質部門において、少なくとも3年以上の実務経験があること 製品に関する問題を理解し、適切に解決する方法を理解していること 優れた報告能力、トラブルシューティング能力、コミュニケーション能力を有すること 製品、手順、BOMに関連した変更指示の作成と承認の経験 品質保証・品質管理に関する豊富な知識（特に、仕組みづくりについて）と実務経験 生産ラインや工程設計（工程FMEA等）に関する基本的な知識 部品サプライヤーやEMS等の品質監査の実務経験 歓迎条件 英語（読み書きのみで、会話は不要）と日本語の両方でのコミュニケーション能力 製品安全法規制、製品認証規格（特に、産業用ロボット関連の）に関連した経験 製造業のハードウェア設計(メカニカル・メカトロ・電気)の経験 技術図面、電気回路を読み解き、品質調査、改善活動を実践できること 勤務地は本社オフィス（東京都大田区平和島）ですが会社が指定する他の場所に変更となる可能性があります。 業務内容は入社後変更される場合があります。これには、責任範囲、レポートライン、またはチーム所属変更等が含まれます。...
